Internal Microphone หาย/ไม่แสดงใน Windows 11/10

สาเหตุ: Mic ถูก Disable/Hide หรือ Driver ปัญหา ลองวิธีตามลำดับ:

1. อัปเดต Audio Driver
2. รัน Recording Audio Troubleshooter
3. รัน Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter
4. ตั้งค่า Microphone เอง
5. Enable Mic และตั้งเป็น Default

1. อัปเดต Audio Driver

Driver เชื่อม Hardware กับ OS Intel Audio Driver ดาวน์โหลดจาก Intel.com Extract > Run Setup > Reboot

2. รัน Recording Audio Troubleshooter

Windows 10: Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Recording Audio > Run

Windows 11: Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Recording Audio > Run

3. รัน Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter

ถูกลบจาก Settings แล้ว ใช้ CMD: Win + R > cmd > msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic > Next > Reboot

4. ตั้งค่า Microphone เอง

Search "microphone" > Set up a Microphone > เลือก Others (Internal) > Follow Wizard

5. Enable Microphone และตั้งเป็น Default

คลิกขวา Sound Icon System Tray > Sounds > Recording Tab > คลิกขวาว่าง > ทิก Show Disabled Devices > หา Internal Mic > คลิกขวา > Enable
