แก้ไขปัญหา Screenshot ไม่บันทึกลงโฟลเดอร์ Pictures ใน Windows 11/10

ปกติกด Win+PrintScreen จะบันทึก Screenshot ไปที่ Pictures\Screenshots แต่หากไม่บันทึก ให้แก้ไข Registry ดังนี้:

ขั้นตอนแก้ไขผ่าน Registry Editor

1. สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
2. Win+R > regedit Enter
3. ไปที่: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
4. สร้าง DWORD ใหม่ชื่อ ScreenshotIndex > Decimal > Value data: 695
5. ไปที่: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
6. แก้ไขค่า {B7BEDE81-DF94-4682-A7D8-57A52620B86F} ให้เป็น %USERPROFILE%\Pictures\Screenshots
7. Reboot คอมพิวเตอร์

สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้

• ค่า Registry ScreenshotIndex ผิดหรือหายไป
• User Shell Folders ชี้ไปที่ผิด
• เปลี่ยนตำแหน่งโฟลเดอร์ Pictures ไปแล้ว
