แก้ไข Error Code 19 "Windows cannot start this hardware device" ใน Windows 11/10

Device Manager Error Code 19 แสดงข้อความ: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged สาเหตุหลักคือการตั้งค่า Registry ของอุปกรณ์ไม่ถูกต้อง

วิธีแก้ไข Error Code 19

1. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ - อาจเป็นปัญหาชั่วคราว
2. Uninstall driver ที่ติดตั้งล่าสุด หรือ Rollback driver
3. Reinstall Device Driver - Uninstall แล้วติดตั้งใหม่ (ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต)
4. Run Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter
   • Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
   • หรือรันคำสั่ง CMD: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
5. ลบค่า UpperFilters และ LowerFilters ใน Registry (ทำต่อเมื่อวิธีอื่นไม่ได้)
   1. Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class
   2. เลือก Key {4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} (DVD/CD-ROM Drives)
   3. ลบ UpperFilters และ LowerFilters ด้านขวา
   4. Reboot
6. System Restore - กู้คืนระบบไปยังจุดก่อนเกิดปัญหา

⚠ ระวัง: การแก้ไข Registry ควรสำรองก่อน และทำต่อเมื่อวิธีอื่นล้มเหลวทั้งหมด
