- Reset Windows Store cache
- Re-register Windows Store app
- ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
1. รัน Microsoft Accounts Troubleshooter
รัน Microsoft Accounts Troubleshooter ดูว่าช่วยได้หรือไม่
2. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter ดูว่าทำงานได้หรือไม่
3. รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter สแกนและแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ Windows Store ได้ดี วิธีรัน:
- Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
- หา Windows Store Apps troubleshooter และรัน
- รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์และตรวจสอบว่าอัปเกรดได้หรือไม่
4. Reset Windows Store Cache
Cache ของ Windows Store เสียหายเป็นสาเหตุหลัก ให้ล้างหรือ Reset Cache เพื่อแก้ปัญหา
5. Re-install/Re-register Windows Store App
หาวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ให้ Re-install Windows Store app ผ่าน PowerShell (เพราะเป็น Built-in app ลบแบบปกติไม่ได้)
6. ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
คุณซื้อ Key Pro แล้ว จึงมีสิทธิ์ได้รับการอัปเกรดและสนับสนุน หากแยกสาเหตุ Store แล้ว ปัญหาอาจอยู่ที่ Key ให้ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
