CPU ไม่ทำงานเต็มความเร็วใน Windows 11/10 แก้ไขอย่างไร

CPU ไม่ได้ทำงานเต็มความเร็วตลอดเวลา ขึ้นอยู่กับการกระจายโหลดของ OS แต่หากทำงานหนักแล้วยังช้า (โดยเฉพาะแล็ปท็อป) ต้องตรวจสอบ

3 วิธีแก้ไข CPU ไม่ทำงานเต็มศักยภาพ

1. ตั้ง Maximum Processor State = 100% ใน Power Options

1. Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings
2. Processor power management > Maximum processor state > ตั้ง 100% ทั้ง On Battery และ Plugged in
3. System cooling policy > Active (ป้องกันอุ่นเกิน) > Apply ทุก Profile

2. อัปเดตหรือปิด Intel Power Management Driver

1. รีสตาร์ทถือ Shift > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt
2. cd C:\Windows\System32\drivers
3. ren intelppm.sys intelppm.sys.bak
4. Reboot (CPU ควรทำงานเต็มที่)
5. หากไม่เจอใน System32\drivers ลอง C:\Drivers\IntelPPM
6. เพื่อเปิดใช้งานใหม่: rename กลับเป็น intelppm.sys

3. ปิด IPPM ผ่าน Registry หรือ Command Line

Registry: Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\intelppm > Start = 4 (Disabled)

CMD (Admin): sc config intelppm start= disabled

ทำไม CPU ช้ากว่าที่ควร?

• โปรแกรมใช้ CPU สูง
< заражен มัลแวร์
• Power Plan ไม่เหมาะสม

วิธีแก้พื้นฐาน

• Restart, Windows Update, Full Scan Malware
• ลด Startup Items, ปิด Battery Saver, ใช้ High Performance Power Mode

คำเตือน: เหมาะกับ Desktop มากกว่า Laptop (ใช้แบตเตอรี่หมดเร็ว)
