แก้ไข "One of the update services is not running properly" ใน Windows 11/10

เมื่อพยายามรัน Windows Update บน Windows 11/10 คุณอาจพบว่า Windows Update Service ไม่ได้ทำงาน และเห็นข้อความใน Settings ดังนี้:

One of the update services is not running properly, but you can try to run a troubleshooter to fix the problem. Go to Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and then select Windows Update.

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

ใช้ Windows Update Troubleshooter จาก Microsoft มันจะรีเซ็ตการตั้งค่า Windows Updates กลับเป็นค่าเริ่มต้น

  1. ไปที่ปุ่ม Start
  2. เลือก Settings
  3. เปิดการตั้งค่า Update & Security
  4. ค้นหาส่วน Troubleshoot
  5. จาก Troubleshooters เลือก Windows Update

2. ตรวจสอบสถานะบริการที่ Windows Update ต้องการด้วยตนเอง

เปิด Windows Services Manager และตรวจสอบบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update เช่น Windows Update, Windows Update Medic, Update Orchestrator Services เป็นต้น ว่าไม่ได้ถูก Disable

  • Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
  • Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
  • Cryptographic Services – Automatic
  • Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
  • DCOM Server Process Launcher – Automatic
  • RPC Endpoint Mapper – Automatic
  • Windows Installer – Manual

ให้แน่ใจว่า Startup type ตรงกับที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น ซึ่งจะทำให้บริการที่จำเป็นพร้อมใช้งาน

นอกจากบริการโดยตรงแล้ว คุณควรตรวจสอบ dependencies ของ Windows Update service ว่ากำลังทำงานอยู่หรือไม่
