แก้ atibtmon.exe Runtime Error ตอนถอดสาย AC Power Cord

Error เกิดตอนถอดสาย AC เพราะ atibtmon.exe ทำหน้าที่สลับ Power-saving Mode เมื่อถอดสาย: ลดความสว่างจอ ปิด Process บางอย่าง

ATIBtMon = Array Technologies Inc. Brightness Monitor Component ของ ATI Brightness Monitor โดย ATI atibtmon.exe ไม่ใชе Essential Windows Process ปิดได้ไม่กระทบ PC มาก

แก้ atibtmon.exe Runtime Error

ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้ไม่จำเป็นเป็นลำดับ:

1. ต่อ Laptop กับ Power Supply โดยตรง
2. Disable atibtmon.exe ผ่าน Task Manager
3. ปิด Vari-Bright ใน Catalyst Control Center
4. ติดตั้ง Generic Display Driver
5. Disable AMD External Events Utility Service
6. เปลี่ยน AMD Graphics Power Settings
7. Rename/Delete atibtmon.exe

1. ต่อ Laptop กับ Power Supply โดยตรง

Workaround ไม่ใช่ Solution จริง ถอด Battery ต่อ Power Supply โดยตรงหลีกเลี่ยง Error

2. Disable atibtmon.exe ผ่าน Task Manager

Disable Process หมายถึงต้องยอมไม่มี Power-saving อัตโนมัติ ตอนถอดสาย

Ctrl+Shift+Esc เปิด Task Manager > More Details > Processes Tab คลิกขวา atibtmon.exe > End Task

เช็คว่าหายไหม ไม่ ลองต่อ

3. ปิด Vari-Bright ใน Catalyst Control Center

atibtmon.exe ทำงานกับ ATI Graphics Cards ผู้ใช้ ATI Card น่าจะเจอ ปิด Vari-Bright ใน Catalyst Control Center:

• เปิด Catalyst Control Center
• ซ้ายเลื่อนลง Power > PowerPlay
• ขวา ยกเลิกติ๊ก Enable Vari-Bright
• Apply

ยังไม่หาย ลองต่อ

4. ติดตั้ง Generic Display Driver

Error อาจมาจาก Display Driver ติดตั้ง Generic AMD Display Driver แทน:

• Win+X > M (Device Manager)
• Expand Display Adapters
• คลิกขวา Display Adapter > Uninstall device
• ติ๊ก Delete the driver software for this device > Uninstall

Restart Windows 10 จะติดตั้ง Generic Driver ให้อัตโนมัติ

5. Disable AMD External Events Utility Service

Win+R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter หา AMD External Events Service

ดับเบิลคลิก > Startup Type: Disabled > Stop Service > Apply > OK

6. เปลี่ยน AMD Graphics Power Settings

คลิกขวา Battery Icon Notification Area > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change advanced power settings > Expand AMD Graphics Power Settings > AMD Powerplay Settings ทั้งหมดตั้ง Maximize Performance > Apply > OK

7. Rename atibtmon.exe

หาวิธีข้างบนไม่ได้ ลอง Rename atibtmon.exe (Delete ไฟล์ System อาจมีผลกระทบ)

Win+E เปิด File Explorer ไป:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\atibtmon.exe

ไม่เห็นไฟล์ View Tab > Hidden Items

คลิกขวา > Rename > ตั้งชื่อ 2atibtmon
