Microsoft เปิดตัว Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter ที่วินิจฉัยปัญหาอัตโนมัติขณะติดตั้ง/ถอนโปรแกรมหรือซอฟต์แวร์ใน Windows 11/10/8/7 เครื่องมือนี้ช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่บล็อกการติดตั้งหรือการถอนโปรแกรม สามารถถอนโปรแกรมบน Windows 10 ที่ถอนไม่ได้
Microsoft เลิกใช้ Windows Installer Cleanup Utility และเปลี่ยนมาใช้ Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter แทน
Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter
ใช้ Troubleshooter นี้ หากไม่สามารถติดตั้ง/ถอนโปรแกรมผ่าน Control Panel
หลังดาวน์โหลดและรัน จะถามว่าต้องการให้ตรวจจับปัญหาและให้คุณเลือกว่าจะแก้ไขอะไร หรือต้องการให้ตรวจจับและแก้ไขโดยตรง
ต่อมา จะถามว่ากำลังเจอปัญหาขณะติดตั้งโปรแกรม หรือถอนโปรแกรม
สุดท้าย จะตรวจสอบรีจิสทรีและระบบหาปัญหา แล้วนำเสนอตัวเลือกหรือแก้ไขโดยตรง
Troubleshooter นี้ช่วยแก้:
- Registry keys ที่เสียหายบนระบบ 64-bit
- Registry keys ที่ควบคุม update data เสียหาย
- ปัญหาที่บล็อกการติดตั้งโปรแกรมใหม่
- ปัญหาที่ป้องกันการถอนโปรแกรมเดิมอย่างสมบูรณ์หรืออัปเดต
- ปัญหาที่บล็อกการถอนโปรแกรมผ่าน Add or Remove Programs (Programs and Features) ใน Control Panel
อาจรู้ว่า Windows Installer Cleanup utility (MSICUU2.exe) ถูกเลิกใช้ แม้จะแก้ปัญหาการติดตั้งบางอย่างได้ แตบางครั้งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายกับคอมโพเนนต์อื่น จึงถูกลบจาก Microsoft Download Center
