Windows Sandbox error 0x800706d9
Sandbox error อาจเกิดจาก file corruption, services ไม่ทำงาน และบางครั้งมาจาก feature update ทำตามวิธีแก้ไขที่แนะนำ แต่ก่อนเริ่ม ต้องแน่ใจว่าเปิด virtualization settings ใน BIOS หรือ Firmware menu ของคอมพิวเตอร์ (เข้าถึงได้ตอนบูท)
- ตรวจสอบสถานะ Hyper-V Related Services
- Disable และ Enable Hyper-V
- ตรวจสอบ Cumulative Update ใน Windows
ต้องมีสิทธิ์แอดมินเพื่อทำตามขั้นตอนแก้ไข
1. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Hyper-V Related Services
เปิด Services Manager ตรวจสอบว่าบริการต่อไปนี้ Started หากเริ่มแล้ว ให้ Restart หากยังไม่เริ่ม ให้ Start:
- Network Virtualization Service
- Virtual Disk
- Hyper-V Virtual Machine Manager
- Hyper-V Host Compute Service
- Container Manager Services
- Application Guard Container Service
- Remote Procedure Call (RDC)
2. Disable และ Enable Hyper-V
Eric O'Malley เสนอ workaround นี้ที่ Microsoft Answers
- ปิด Windows Defender Random Folder Protection และ Tamper Protection Service
- ปิด Container Manager Service
- Disable Windows Sandbox
จากนั้น ไปที่โฟลเดอร์ ค้นหา VHDX files ลบ แต่ไม่ใช่จาก recycle bin ต้อง unhide system files, hidden files ฯลฯ
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Containters\Sandboxes C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Containters\Zygotes
หลังลบเสร็จ เปิด/Enable ทุกอย่างที่ปิดไว้ก่อนลบ VHDX file
- Enable Windows Sandbox
- เปิด/Restart Container Manager Service
- เปิด Windows Defender Random Folder Protection และ Tamper Protection Service
ตรวจสอบว่า Windows Sandbox เปิดได้ปกติหรือไม่ อาจต้องรีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

3. ตรวจสอบ Cumulative Updates
เป็นไปได้ว่า feature update บางตัวทำให้เสีย และทางออกเดียวคือ Microsoft แก้ผ่าน cumulative update ในกรณีนี้ ต้องตรวจสอบว่ามีอัปเดตที่แก้ไขหรือไม่
