แก้ไข Windows Activation Error 0xc004f063 ใน Windows 10

Error Code 0xc004f063: The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license.

Error เกิดเมื่อระบบไม่เสถียร ไฟล์ระบบสำคัญหายไป ทำให้ Activate ไม่ได้

สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้

• Licensing Restriction – Windows 10 อาจบังคับ License restriction ผิดปกติ แก้ได้โดยรัน Activation Troubleshooter
• System File Corruption – ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย รบกวนกระบวนการ Activate แก้ด้วย DISM และ SFC
• Contradiction of License Key – ปัญหาที่ Server Microsoft มอง License Key ผิด ต้องติดต่อ Microsoft Agent Activate ให้ Remote

1. รัน Activation Troubleshooter

4. CMD (Admin) อีกครั้ง รัน sfc /scannow

Restart อีกครั้ง ตรวจสอบ

4. สร้าง Windows Licensing Store ใหม่

CMD (Admin) รันทีละคำสั่ง:

net stop sppsvc
cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WSLicense
ren tokens.dat tokens.bar
net start sppsvc
exe %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /rilc

ออกจาก CMD ตรวจสอบ

5. ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
