แก้ไข: Error 0xc004f014 ระหว่าง Activate Windows 10

Windows 10 ติดตั้งบังคับบนเครื่องหลายเครื่อง (โดยเฉพาะที่ใช้ Win 7/8/8.1 License) คาดว่าจะง่าย แต่จริงๆ แล้วยุ่งยาก: Install, Update, Activation อาจติดขั้นไหนขั้นหนึ่ง มี Error Code หลายสิบรหัส นี่คือ Error 0xc004f014

Error 0xc004f014 คืออะไร?

ตอน Activate Windows เจอ: "We couldn't activate Windows. Try activating Windows again or contact Microsoft support... Error code: 0xc004f014"

มักเกิดเมื่อใส่ Product Key ใหม่เพื่อ Upgrade บนระบบ OEM ที่มี Windows 10 Pre-installed/Activated และผูกกับ Motherboard BIOS (เพื่อความปลอดภัย) ปกติ Upgrade ควรทำงาน แต่ Activation Mechanism ล้มเหลว → Error นี้

วิธีที่ 1: Activate ผ่านโทรศัพท์ (Slui 4)

ตั้งแต่ Win 8 ใช้โทรฟรี Activate ได้ หากมี Product Key แท้

  1. Win + R → พิมพ์ Slui 4 → Enter
  2. เลือก Country/Region ให้ถูกต้อง (สำคัญสำหรับเบอร์โทร)
  3. จะได้ Installation ID อ่านออกเสียงให้เจ้าหน้าที่ → ได้ Confirmation ID
  4. อ่าน Confirmation ID อีกครั้งยืนยัน → กด Activate
  5. Reboot เพื่อความแน่ใจ

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Activation Troubleshooter ตัวในตัว

Windows มี Troubleshooter แก้ปัญหา Activation อัตโนมัติ

  1. Settings (ไอคอนเฟือง Start Menu) → Update & Security → Activation
  2. คลิก Troubleshoot (ขวา) (ไม่เห็นหาก Activate แล้ว)
  3. UAC → Yes
  4. Troubleshooter จะตรวจสอบ
  5. หากขึ้น "Windows can't be activated" → คลิก I changed hardware on this device recently
  6. หากใช้ Local Account → ต้อง Sign in Microsoft Account (Email/Password)
  7. เลือก Device (Computer Name) ที่ใช้อยู่ → ติ๊ก This is the device I'm using right now → Activate
  8. หา Device ไม่เจอ → ตรวจสอบว่า Sign in Microsoft Account เดียวกับที่ Link Digital License ไว้

วิธีที่ 3: สาเหตุที่ Activation ไม่ได้ และวิธีแก้

หาก Troubleshooter บอกว่า Activate ไม่ได้ สาเหตุและแก้:

1. ใช้ Product Key/Windows Version ต่างกันตอน Repair

ซ่อมเครื่อง/ติดตั้งใหม่ อาจใช้ Version/Key ต่างจากเดิม Key อาจถูก Block (ใช้เกิน License Terms) → ซื้อ Key/Windows ใหม่

2. ใช้ Key เดียวหลายเครื่อง

Key ใดๆ ใช้ได้ตาม License Terms เท่านั้น → ซื้อ Key ใหม่ต่อเครื่อง

3. ซอฟต์แวร์ปลอม (Counterfeit)

Windows ปลอม ไม่ได้ Publish/License โดย Microsoft → Activation ไม่ได้ (Match Hardware Profile กับ Key 25 ตัวอักษรไม่ได้) → เช็คที่ Microsoft How to Tell → ซื้อ Windows ใหม่

4. ซื้อ PC มือสอง

Key อาจใช้เกิน License → ขอ DVD/Key จาก Seller → ไม่มี/ไม่ได้ → ซื้อ Key/Windows ใหม่

5. เปลี่ยน Hardware สำคัญ

เปลี่ยน Motherboard/Hard Drive → Windows อาจ Deactivate → ดูวิธี Activate ใหม่ใน Product Activation Article

วิธีที่ 4: Activate ด้วย Generic Key แล้วเปลี่ยนเป็น Key จริง

Upgrade เป็น Win 10 Pro ด้วย Generic Key → แล้วเปลี่ยนเป็น Key จริง

  1. สร้าง Text File บน Desktop ใส่ Generic Key Win 10 Pro: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T และ Key จริงของคุณ
  2. Disable Network ทั้งหมด: คลิกขวา Start → Network Connections → Disable Ethernet/WiFi
  3. Reboot
  4. Copy Generic Key → คลิกขวา Start → System → Change Product Key (ล่างขวา) → Paste Generic Key → Start Upgrade (Reboot หลายรอบ)
  5. Login ใหม่ → System → ตรวจ Windows Edition = Windows 10 Pro
  6. Copy Key จริง → Enable Network กลับ (Enable Ethernet/WiFi)
  7. System → ตอนนี้มี 2 ปุ่ม: Change Product Key / Activate → กด Change Product Key
  8. Paste Key จริง → Next → รอสักครู่ → "Windows 10 Pro is activated"

วิธีที่ 5: เปลี่ยน Product Key ผ่าน Command Prompt

  1. Start → cmd → คลิกขวา → Run as administrator
  2. รัน: slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
    (แทน X ด้วย Key จริง 25 ตัว)
  3. Exit CMD → Reboot → รอ 1-2 วัน Key จะ Apply → Error หาย
