จัดการ Quarantined Items และ Exclusions ใน Windows Defender Security Center

Windows 10 เปลี่ยนวิธีใช้ Windows Defender ให้ดีขึ้นและดูสวยขึ้น Windows Defender Security Center ใหม่เป็น Hub ของ Security Settings ทั้งหมด

เมื่อวาน Defender ตรวจพบไฟล์เป็น Virus ลบไป ต้องการนำออกจาก Quarantine หาไม่เจอ แต่เล่นๆ ได้เจอ 'Quarantine' และ Settings อื่นๆ โพสต์สั้นนี้สอนลบ/กู้ไฟล์จาก Quarantine ใน Windows Defender Security Center บน Windows 10

ลบหรือกู้ไฟล์จาก Quarantine ใน Windows Defender

1. เปิด Windows Defender Security Center จาก System Tray

2. คลิกเมนูแรก Virus & threat protection
3. หา Scan History ใต้ Title/Description
4. ใน Scan History หา Quarantined Items → See Full History ดูรายการทั้งหมด

5. ลบ Quarantined Items กด Remove หรือกู้คืนกด Restore

ง่ายมาก นอกจากลบ/กู้จาก 'Quarantined' ย้ายไป 'Allowed Threats' ได้ โปรแกรม/ไฟล์ที่ไว้ใจแต่ Defender ตรวจจับเป็น Threat ย้ายมาที่นี่จะไม่ถูกลบอีก แต่หาก Restore แล้วไม่เพิ่มใน Allowed Threats/Exclusions อาจถูก Quarantine ซ้ำ ระวังการจัดการไฟล์ติดเชื้อ ตรวจสอบ Publisher และไว้วางใจก่อน

ยังมี Exclusions ใน Windows Defender คือรายการไฟล์ที่ไม่ต้องการให้ Scan ไฟล์ใน Exclusions จะข้ามระหว่าง Virus Scan เพิ่ม Exclusion:

เพิ่มได้: File, Folder, File Type, Process

ลบ Exclusions ง่าย: คลิกลูกศรลง → Remove
