The Windows Security Center service can't be started
1) สแกน PC ด้วยแอนติไวรัส
ก่อนอื่น สแกนลึก (deep-scan) PC ด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่ใช่มัลแวร์ที่บлок Security Center
2) เปิดใช้งาน Security Center ใหม่
ปิดแล้วเปิดใหม่ Security Center ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม
3) เปิดใช้งานผ่าน Action Center
ถ้า Security Center ถูกปิด เปิด Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Action Center ดูว่ากดปุ่ม Turn on now เริ่มบริการ Windows Security ได้ไหม
4) ตรวจสอบว่าบริการเหล่านี้เปิดใช้งานอยู่
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ พิมพ์ services.msc ในค้นหา Start Screen กด Enter เปิด Services Manager
- ตรวจสอบ Security Center service เริ่มแล้ว และตั้งเป็น Automatic หรือ Automatic (Delayed Start)
- ตรวจสอบ Remote Procedure Call (RPC) และ Windows Management Instrumentation เริ่มแล้ว ตั้งเป็น Automatic
Action Center (เดิมชื่อ Windows Security Center) ตรวจสอบสถานะความปลอดภัย แต่บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องคือ Security Center service บริการ Security Center (WSCSVC) ตรวจสอบและรายงานการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัย
5) ตรวจสอบ Properties ของ Security Center Service
Service Manager เปิดอยู่ คลิก Properties ของ Security Center Service > แท็บ Log On คลิก Browse
ใส่ชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ในกล่อง Enter the object name to select
คลิก Check names แล้ว OK/Apply/OK ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม
6) ซ่อมแซม WMI Repository
ซ่อมแซม WMI Repository ดูว่าช่วยได้ เปิด elevated command prompt จาก WinX menu พิมพ์:
winmgmt /verifyrepository
ถ้าได้ WMI repository is consistent ข้ามขั้นตอนนี้
ถ้าได้ WMI repository is inconsistent สามารถ reset หรือ repair ได้
พิมพ์:
winmgmt /salvagerepository
จะเห็น WMI repository has been salvaged

Windows Security Center ใช้ WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) รวบรวมข้อมูล PC หากมีความไม่สอดคล้อง Security Center อาจเริ่มไม่ได้
7) รัน System File Checker
รัน System File Checker ตรวจสอบและแทนที่ไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหาย ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม
8) ใช้ Microsoft Fix it
Microsoft Fix it 20084 สำหรับ Windows 7 และ Vista จะแก้ registry keys และรีเซ็ต Windows Security Center เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น ไม่แน่ใจว่าทำงานบน Windows 10/8 ได้ไหม
9) Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ทำ Clean Boot และ troubleshoot โปรแกรมที่ขัดแย้งซึ่งอาจบล็อก Security Center
10) รีเซ็ต Windows 10
ถ้าอะไรก็ไม่ช่วย อาจต้อง Repair Windows 7, Reset Windows 8 หรือ Reset Windows 10
