เมื่อเพิ่มลูกใน Family Group และเปิด Activity Reporting จะได้อีเมลรายงานกิจกรรมรายสัปดาห์ สรุปกิจกรรมบน Windows 10 และ Xbox One รวมเว็บไซต์ที่เข้าเยี่ยม เกม/แอปที่ใช้ คำค้นหาบน Bing, Google, Yahoo! และ Screen time

หากมีปัญหา Activity Reporting บน Windows 10 ลองทำดังนี้:

1] ตรวจสอบว่า Microsoft Account ของลูกบนอุปกรณ์หมดอายุหรือไม่

• ให้ลูก Sign in ด้วย Microsoft Account บนอุปกรณ์
• คลิก Start > Settings > Accounts
• เลือก Verify ตาม Prompt เพื่อ Verify Account

หากไม่เห็น Verify ให้เปิด Microsoft Edge บนอุปกรณ์ลูก และ Verify Account

2] ตรวจสอบ Privacy Settings บนอุปกรณ์ลูก

• เลือก Start > Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & feedback ตรวจสอบ Diagnostic data level ตั้งเป็น Enhanced หรือ Full
• หาก Device usage data ไม่แม่นยำ จำไว้ว่า Idle time นับเป็น Screen time แต่ไม่นับเป็น Usage

3] ลอง Reboot อุปกรณ์ของครอบครัว

• เลือก Start > Power > Restart

4] ตรวจสอบว่าอุปกรณ์ครอบครัวมี Windows Updates ล่าสุด

• เลือก Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates ติดตั้งอัปเดตที่มี

หากมีปัญหา Activity Reporting บน Xbox One ลอง Troubleshooting ตามข้างต้นสำหรับ Windows 10 เพื่อให้ Family Features ตั้งค่าถูกต้องและมีอัปเดตล่าสุด

หากไม่ได้ App Activity Reports จากอุปกรณ์ Android ของลูกที่รัน Microsoft Launcher ลองดังนี้:

1] ตรวจสอบว่า Activity Reporting เปิดอยู่

• Sign in Family Group ด้วย Adult Account
• หาชื่อลูก
• เลือก Activity
• Expand Manage
• เปิด Activity Reporting

2] ตรวจสอบว่า Microsoft Launcher มี Permission

• หากเห็น Banner Notification บนอุปกรณ์ลูกว่า Launcher ต้องการ Permission ให้ Tap แล้วทำตามคำแนะนำ
• หากไม่มี Banner ให้ Swipe ซ้ายจาก Home Screen หา Profile ลูกด้านบน Feed จะมีข้อความหากต้องเปิด Permission Tap แล้วทำตามขั้นตอน
