ข้อความนี้มักโผล่ตอนรัน chkdsk /f /r ถ้าเจอ ควร Backup ข้อมูล ไป External Hard Disk ทันที Hard Disk อาจจะ Fail ถ้าจะลอง ให้เวลามากขึ้น รัน chkdsk /f /r อีกครั้ง
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ใช้ Freeware Victoria แก้ Bad Clusters เป็น HDD Info และ Diagnostic Utility อันทรงพลัง
Victoria ฟรี แรง ตรวจสอบ/แก้ปัญญา Hard Drive ดาวน์โหลด แตกไฟล์ รัน vcr447.exe as Administrator
ตอนเปิด อยู่แท็บ Standard ขวาบนเลือก Drive ที่มีปัญหา ไปแท็บ SMART
ใน List และ Scores ดู Score Reallocated Sector Count ถ้า Thresh มากกว่า 10 อาจมีปัญหา HDD ถ้า Raw มากกว่า 1 หรือค่า 196, 199 = Drive กำลัง Fail 197 & 198 = Windows-generated Errors ถ้า Health Indicator โชว์ 5 Green Dots = ดี!
ส่วน S.M.A.R.T. MONITOR ขวาบน เช็ค Health Status ถ้า Good = OK SMART ไม่ทำงานกับ USB Storage
ถ้ามีปัญหา SMART ไปแท็บ Tests กด Scan/Start Scan เริ่มต้น Mark Clusters ตามเวลาอ่าน Warnings/Errors ใน Log ล่าง
ปรับ Start LBA และ END LBA จำกัด Range Clusters ได้
ถ้ามี Bad Clusters เลือก Radio Button Remap หลัง Scan เสร็จ รัน CHKDSK อีกครั้ง ถ้ายัง Error เลือก Refresh Scan ใหม่ จะแก้ Level ที่เหลือ
ดาวน์โหลด Victoria ล่าสุด ที่นี่ Victoria HDD App ไม่ได้ Support/Update แล้ว
ถ้ายังไม่ช่วย ต้องคิด เปลี่ยน Hard Disk อย่างจริงจัง
