หากเจอข้อผิดพลาด Windows Media Player cannot burn some of the files ขณะเขียนไฟล์เสียงลง CD/DVD ใน Windows 10 ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้
Windows Media Player cannot burn some of the files. To investigate the problem, click the icon next to the files in the burn list.
สาเหตุและวิธีแก้
Windows Media Player แสดงข้อผิดพลาดนี้เมื่อ:
- ไฟล์ไม่ใช่ไฟล์เสียง (Audio file)
- ระยะเวลารวมเกิน 80 นาที (แม้ CD จะจุ 700 MB แต่มาตรฐาน Audio CD จำกัดที่ 80 นาที)
1. ลบไฟล์ที่ไม่รองรับออกจากรายการเขียน
ในรายการ Burn ด้านขวา หากไฟล์ไหนมีปัญหา จะมีไอคอน สีแดงเครื่องหมาย X สีขาว คลิกเพื่อลบออก หลังลบไฟล์ที่มีปัญหาทั้งหมด จะเขียน CD ได้ปกติ
2. ปรับตั้งค่าความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Settings)
- เปิด WMP → Tools > Options (หากไม่เห็นเมนู กด Ctrl+M หรือ Alt)
- ไปแท็บ Privacy
- ในส่วน Enhanced Playback and Device Experience ยกเลิกติ๊กทั้งหมด:
- Display media information from the Internet
- Update music files by retrieving media info from the Internet
- Download usage rights automatically when I play or sync a file
- Automatically check if protected files need to be refreshed
- Set clock on devices automatically
3. เปลี่ยนความเร็วในการเขียน (Burn Speed)
- ใน Options → แท็บ Burn
- เปลี่ยนจาก Fastest เป็น Medium หรือ Slow
- บันทึกแล้วลองเขียนใหม่
ตรวจสอบอีกครั้งว่าแผ่น CD/DVD ว่างและไม่เสียหาย หากแผ่นเสียหายก็อาจทำให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดนี้ได้
