บางครั้ง Windows 10 Taskbar ไม่ตอบสนอง/ไม่ทำงานหลังติดตั้งอัปเดตล่าสุด ผู้ใช้รายงานบน Microsoft Forum, Reddit ว่า "Windows 10 Start Menu Not Working" หรือ "Windows 10 Taskbar Not Responding" บางคนเจอ "Windows 10 Taskbar Auto Hiding" และอื่นๆ สาเหตุหลายอย่างทำให้ Start Menu และ Taskbar ไม่ตอบสนอง สาเหตุพบบ่อย: Conflict กับแอปที่รันพื้นหลัง สาเหตุอื่น: System File Corruption, Virus/Malware, Corrupted User Data, App Database ฯลฯ
Windows 10 Start Menu Not Working
ไม่ว่าสาเหตุอะไร นี่คือโซลูชันที่ลองได้:
ลอง Restart System ก่อน แก้ได้หากเป็น Glitch ชั่วคราว
Restart Windows Explorer
ลอง Restart Windows Explorer ช่วยกู้คืน Taskbar ให้ทำงานได้:
- Win + R พิมพ์ taskmgr.exe → OK เปิด Task Manager
- แท็บ Processes → เลื่อนหา Windows Explorer
- คลิกขวา → Restart
ผู้ใช้หลายคนยืนยันว่าแก้ปัญหา "Auto-hide Taskbar หยุดทำงาน" ได้
ตรวจสอบ Third-party App และ Bad Explorer Add-ons
บูท Windows เข้า Clean Boot State ปิด Non-Microsoft Services ทั้งหมด ช่วยหาว่ามี File Explorer Addon ไหนขัดจังหวะ explorer.exe ทำให้ Start Menu/Taskbar ไม่ทำงาน
- Win + R → พิมพ์ msconfig → Enter
- แท็บ Services → ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services → Apply
- คลิก Disable all
- Apply → OK
- Restart Computer
ตรวจสอบ Taskbar หากทำงานปกติ = Third-party App ก่อให้เกิดปัญหา → หา App นั้น/Uninstall App ที่ติดตั้งล่าสุด → อาจแก้ปัญหาได้
Re-register Windows 10 Start Menu
- เปิด Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
- File → Run New Task
- พิมพ์ PowerShell → ติ๊ก "Create this task with administrative privileges" → Enter
วางโค้ดด้านล่างในหน้าจอถัดไป:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml"}
รอจน Windows Apps Re-install เสร็จ หมายเหตุ: เพิกเฉย Error Messages ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ปิด PowerShell → ไปที่ C:/Users/{Your_Name}/AppData/Local
- หาโฟลเดอร์ TileDataLayer → ลบมัน
- Restart PC อีกครั้ง → ควรแก้ Taskbar Not Working แล้ว
รัน DISM และ SFC Utility
ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย/Windows Files พัง ก็ทำให้ปัญหานี้ได้ โดยเฉพาะหลังอัปเดต Windows แนะนำตรวจสอบไฟล์ระบบเสีย:
- Start → ค้นหา "Command Prompt" → คลิกขวา → Run as Administrator
- พิมพ์ DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (ซ่อม System Image) → รอ 100%
- พิมพ์ sfc /scannow รัน System File Checker สแกนไฟล์ระบบเสีย/หาย → SFC จะกู้คืนจาก %WinDir%\System32\dllcache → รอ 100% → Restart → ตรวจสอบ
เพิ่ม New User Account
Corrupted User Profile ก็ทำให้ Windows Apps 掙扎/ไม่ตอบสนอง แนะนำสร้าง User Account ใหม่ Login ด้วย Profile ใหม่ ตรวจสอบ Apps, Start Menu, Taskbar:
วิธีเพิ่ม User ใหม่:
- Win + I เปิด Settings
- เลือก Accounts
- Family & Other People
- Add someone else to this PC (Under Other People)
- I don't have this person's sign-in information
- Add a user without a Microsoft account
- Add User → สร้าง User → Next
- เปลี่ยน Account Type เป็น Administrator → OK
Sign Out → Login เข้า User ใหม่ → ตรวจสอบ หากดี → ย้ายข้อมูล User เก่าไป User ใหม่ → ใช้ต่อ
อัปเดต Windows และ Device Drivers
Microsoft ปล่อย Security Updates บ่อยๆ เพื่อปิดช่องโหว่จาก Third-party Apps ที่ก่อปัญหา แนะนำตรวจสอบ/ติดตั้งอัปเดตล่าสุด: Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for Updates
Driver ไม่เข้ากัน/เก่า กับ Windows 10 ก็ทำให้ Taskbar Not Loading, Not Responding, Cannot Right-click, Unable to Retract เอง หากปัญหาเริ่มหลังอัปเกรด Windows 10 ใหม่ โอกาสมากที่ Driver ไม่เข้ากับ Windows เวอร์ชันปัจจุบัน แนะนำติดตั้ง Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต
ทำ System Restore
หากวิธีข้างบนทั้งหมดไม่แก้ปัญหา Windows ยังทำให้ Start Menu/Taskbar ไม่ทำงาน → ใช้ System Restore คืน PC ไปยังจุดก่อนหน้า (Restore Point) ที่ระบบทำงานปกติ Restore Points สร้างเมื่อติดตั้ง App/Driver/Update ใหม่ หรือสร้างด้วยตนเอง การ Restore ไม่กระทบไฟล์ส่วนตัว แต่จะลบ Apps, Drivers, Updates ที่ติดตั้งหลัง Restore Point
- Start → พิมพ์ "Control Panel" → เลือก
- ค้นหา "Recovery" ใน Control Panel
- Recovery → Open System Restore → Next
- เลือก Restore Point ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ App/Driver/Update ที่ก่อปัญหา → Next → Finish
หมายเหตุ: หากไม่เห็น Restore Points อาจเพราะ System Protection ปิด → Control Panel → Recovery → Configure System Restore → Configure → ติ๊ก "Turn on system protection"
หลัง System Restore Windows จะ Restart เข้าสู่ระบบครั้งต่อไป Start Menu และ Taskbar ควรทำงานได้แล้ว
