Fix Printer Driver Is Unavailable Windows 10
1. ขั้นตอนพื้นฐาน (Basic Checks)
- รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์
- ตรวจสอบสาย USB เสียบทั้ง 2 ข้าง (PC และ Printer)
- Network Printer: เช็ค Network และ Connection Status
- เชื่อมต่อเครื่องพิมพ์เข้ากับ Network ใหม่
- ปิด Firewall/Antivirus ชั่วคราว
2. รัน Printer และ Hardware Troubleshooter
- Start > ค้นหา "Troubleshoot" > เลือก
- เลื่อนหา Hardware and Devices > Run Troubleshooter
- เสร็จแล้ว เลือก Printer > Run Troubleshooter อีกครั้ง
- ทำตามขั้นตอน > รีสตาร์ท > ทดสอบ
- โหลด Driver Setup จาก เว็บผู้ผลิต (HP, Epson, Brother, ฯลฯ) ตามรุ่นเครื่องพิมพ์
- ถอนไดรเวอร์ปัจจุบันก่อน:
- Win + R >
devmgmt.msc> Enter - ขยาย Print Queues/Printers > คลิกขวา Printer Hub > Uninstall
- ยืนยัน > รีบูท (ลบไดรเวอร์หมด)
- คลิกขวาไฟล์ Setup ที่โหลดมา > Properties
- แท็บ Compatibility > ติ๊ก Run this program in compatibility mode for > เลือก OS (เช่น Windows 8)
- ติ๊ก Run this program as an administrator
- Apply > OK > Double-click ติดตั้ง > ทดสอบ
- Start > Settings > Update & Security
- Windows Update > Check for Updates
- Windows จะติดตั้งอัปเดตที่ค้างอยู่อัตโนมัติ
- System Restore ย้อนกลับสู่ Restore Point ที่ทำงานได้
- หากเสียหลัง Windows 10 Upgrade: Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart Now > Troubleshoot > Go back to the previous build
3. ติดตั้ง Printer Driver ใน Compatibility Mode
หากไดรเวอร์ไม่เข้ากันได้ ให้ติดตั้งใน Compatibility Mode:

4. ติดตั้ง Windows Updates ล่าสุด
Windows ที่ไม่ได้อัปเดตนาน อาจทำให้ Printer Driver Unavailable:
