แก้ปัญหา Windows 10 22H2 Update: คู่มือ Troubleshooting เน้นขั้นตอน

Microsoft ปล่อย Windows 10 2022 Update (22H2) ให้ทุกเครื่องที่เข้ากันได้ผ่าน Windows Update ฟรี แต่บางคนเจอ Upgrade Fail/Error, Update Stuck, System Apps Missing บทความนี้รวม ปัญหาทั่วไปกับ Win10 22H2 และวิธีแก้ ทำให้อัปเกรดราบรื่น

Windows 10 Version 22H2 Problems & Solutions

ส่วนใหญ่ Fail เพราะ Update Cache เสีย, Disk ไม่พอ, หรือ Apps ไม่ตอบสนองหลังอัปเดต สาเหตุหลายอย่าง วิธีแก้ดังนี้:

1. Windows 10 22H2 Update Not Available (ไม่見更新)

เช็ค Windows Update Service ว่าทำงานอยู่:

  • Win + R → services.msc → Enter
  • หา Windows Update → Properties → Startup: Automatic → Start Service

เช็คว่าไม่ได้ Defer Feature Updates:

  • Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Advanced Options → Choose when updates are installed
  • เช็คว่าไม่มี Delay Option ตั้งไว้

ติดตั้ง Updates เก่าทั้งหมดก่อน: Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for Updates

Manual Upgrade: ใช้ Upgrade Assistant หรือ Media Creation Tool อัปเกรดด้วยตนเอง ถ้าไม่ได้ → Clean Install จาก ISO

2. "Your device isn't quite ready for Windows 10 version 22H2"

  • Settings (Win+I) → Update & Security → Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation Details
  • ปิด Core Isolation

3. Unable to Install 22H2 (Update Assistant/Media Creation Tool)

เจอ "What needs your attention" Error → ปัญหา Display Driver Compatibility

  • Settings → Update & Security → Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation → Core Isolation Details
  • ปิด Memory Integrity

4. Windows 10 Upgrade Stuck Downloading

  • เช็ค Disk Space พอไหม → รัน Disk Cleanup / Storage Sense
  • Internet เสถียร
  • รัน Official Update Troubleshooting Tool → Restart → Upgrade ใหม่
  • ถ้า Update Database เสีย → Reset Update Components

5. Windows 10 22H2 Failed to Install - Error Codes

Error 0x800F0922

  • Internet ใช้งานได้? ไม่หลุดระหว่างโหลด
  • ปิด VPN + Security Software (AV/AM) ระหว่าง Upgrade
  • เช็ค System Reserved Partition เต็มหรือไม่ (AV บางตัวเก็บข้อมูลไว้ที่นี่) → Resize ด้วย Partition Manager ฟรี

Error 0x8007002C-0x400D

  • Third-party App Conflict, Security Software, Disk Errors, Low Space, Incompatible Driver, System File Corruption
  • แก้: Reset Update Components, Run Troubleshooter, Disable 3rd Party Apps, Check Drivers, Repair System Files (SFC/DISM)

Error 0x80070070 – 0x50011 (Low Disk Space)

  • ต้องการ 32GB+ ฟรี → ใช้ Storage Sense ลบไฟล์ไม่จำเป็น
  • ย้าย Data (Desktop, Documents, Images, Videos) ไป External Drive → ลอง Upgrade ใหม่

Error 0xC1900200/0xC1900202 (Hardware Not Meet Requirements)

  • RAM: 1GB (32-bit) / 2GB (64-bit)
  • Disk: 32GB ทั้งคู่
  • CPU: 1GHz+
  • Screen: 800×600
  • Graphics: DirectX 9+ WDDM 1.0

Error 0xC1900101 (Driver Problem)

รหัสย่อย: 0x20004, 0x2000c, 0x20017, 0x30018, 0x3000D, 0x4000D, 0x40017

  • Device Manager → คลิกขวา Driver ที่มีจุดเตือนสีเหลือง → Uninstall
  • ลอง Upgrade ใหม่ หรือดาวน์โหลด Driver ใหม่จากเว็บผู้ผลิต (Graphics, Network, Audio)

Accidentally Restarted During Upgrade (0x80200056)

ตัดไฟ/รีสตาร์ทระหว่างติดตั้ง → รัน Update ใหม่ ระวังไฟฟ้าครั้งนี้ (UPS)

Black Screen During Installation

รออีกนานหน่อย หรือ ถอด Peripherals ทั้งหมด ยกเว้น Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor → Upgrade ใหม่

6. Windows Activation Fails หลัง Upgrade

Settings → Update & Security → Activation → Troubleshoot

7. Start Menu Issues หลัง Update

Icons/Live Tiles หาย, Start Menu ไม่เปิด → Reset Start Menu:

PowerShell (Admin) → รันคำสั่ง → Restart → เช็ค Start Menu

8. Microsoft Edge Problems

Edge หาย/เปิดไม่ได้/ช้า → Settings → Apps → Apps & Features → Edge → Advanced Options → Repair → ถ้าไม่ได้ → Reset → ถ้ายังไม่ได้ → Reinstall via PowerShell (Admin)

หมายเหตุ: Win10 22H2 นำ Legacy Edge ออก Chromium Edge เป็น Default แล้ว

9. Restore Missing Apps

Apps หาย/เปิดไม่ได้/Store บอก Installed แล้ว → Repair App: Settings → Apps → Apps & Features → App นั้น → Advanced Options → Repair/Reset

หรือ Uninstall → Reinstall จาก Store

หลาย Apps พร้อมกัน: PowerShell (Admin) รันทีละคำสั่ง:

10. Startup/Shutdown ใช้เวลานาน

Fast Startup (Hybrid Shutdown) เป็นสาเหตุหลัก → ปิด Fast Startup:

  • Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what power buttons do → Change unavailable settings → Uncheck Fast Startup

11. Roll Back กลับ Windows ก่อนหน้า (21H2)

ถ้าเจอปัญหาเยอะและไม่พอใจ → มี 10 วัน Rollback:

Start → Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Go back to previous version of Windows 10 → Get Started
