ตรวจสอบ Internet Connection
ต้องการ Internet เสถียรสำหรับ Download Windows 10 2022 Update | Version 22H2 Files จาก Microsoft Server หาก Internet มีปัญหา อาจค้างหรือ Fail

รัน Built-in Windows Update Troubleshooter ตรวจจับ/แก้ปัญหาอัตโนมัติ
- Windows + X → Settings
- Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional Troubleshooters Link
- หา Windows Update → Run The Troubleshooter
เสร็จแล้ว Restart PC → Check Updates อีกครั้ง หวังว่าครั้งนี้ Feature Update ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งสำเร็จ
ลบ Windows Update Files ด้วยตนเอง
หาก Troubleshooter ไม่แก้ได้ ลอง Reset Windows Update Components แก้ปัญหา Download/Install ส่วนใหญ่
- Windows + R → services.msc → OK
- หา Windows Update Service → Right Click → Stop → ทำซ้ำกับ BITS
- Windows + E → ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
- ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์: Ctrl + A → Del
ผลดีกว่า: Boot Safe Mode ลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ทั้งหมดใน Download Folder
เสร็จแล้ว Reboot → Check for Updates อีกครั้ง หรือ Install 2022 Update ใหม่
ใช้ System File Checker
อาจมีปัญหา Windows 10 Installation หรือ System File ป้องกัน Apply Updates รัน System File Checker ตรวจสอบ/ซ่อมไฟล์หาย/เสีย
- Windows + S → cmd → Right Click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
- รัน DISM ก่อน: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
- DISM แทนที่ไฟล์เสีย/หาย ด้วยไฟล์ที่ถูกต้อง
- ต่อด้วย sfc /scannow สแกนลึก ซ่อมไฟล์เสีย วิธีเร็วที่สุดแก้ไฟล์ระบบเสีย
- เสร็จ 100% → Reboot → ลอง Update ใหม่
เปลี่ยน DNS Address
Default DNS บางครั้งมีปัญหา Server Not Responding ป้องกัน Download Windows Update เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS
- Windows + R → ncpa.cpl → OK เปิด Network Connections
- Right Click Active Network Adapter → Properties
- Double Click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties
- เลือก Use the Following DNS Server Addresses → Preferred: 8.8.8.8 Alternate: 8.8.4.4 → OK
