- Windows + X → Settings
- Settings → Update & Security

- หน้าถัดไป คลิก "Uninstall updates" ลบนบนสุด
- จะเปิด Control Panel\Installed Updates
- เลือก Update ที่มีปัญหา → Uninstall
คลิก Yes ยืนยัน Uninstall → Reboot จบกระบวนการ
Uninstall Windows 10 Updates จาก Command Prompt
ใช้ Command Line Uninstall Updates ได้:
บันทึก KB Number ของ Update ที่จะ Uninstall เช่น KB5013942 (Latest สำหรับ Windows 10 21H2)
- Command Prompt as Administrator
- พิมพ์ wusa /uninstall /KB: KB5013942 (แทนที่ KB ID ตามที่ต้องการ)
- ถ้าต้องการ Prompt Restart: wusa /uninstall /kb: KB5013942 /quiet /promptrestart
- Restart PC จบกระบวนการ
Uninstall Windows Update ตอน Boot ด้วย Advanced Options
Boot เข้า Advanced Options ถอน Update ได้:
- Settings → Update & Security → Recovery
- Advanced Startup → Troubleshoot
- Advanced Options → Uninstall Updates
- คลิก Uninstall Latest Quality Update หรือ Uninstall Latest Feature Update → Follow วิซาร์ด
Uninstall Windows 10 Feature Update
เจอปัญหาหลัง Feature Update 21H2 อยากกลับ 21H1 ภายใน 10 วันหลังติดตั้ง Uninstall ได้:
- Settings → Update & Security → Recovery
- Get Started ใต้ "Go back to an earlier build"
- จะถามเหตุผล เลือก Checkbox → Next (ยกเลิกได้ตอนนี้)
Windows 10 จะเสนอ Check Updates อาจมี Fix ใหม่ ถ้าตัดสินใจย้อนกลับ คลิก "No thanks"
Prompt: จะสูญเสีย Settings Changes หรือ Apps ที่ติดตั้งหลัง Upgrade อ่านดีๆ → Next
หน้าถัดไป: ถ้าเปลี่ยน Password หลัง Upgrade หลัง Rollback ต้องใช้ Old Username/Password → Next
