เจอ Windows Update Error 0x800f081e ตอนเช็คอัปเดต 22H2? Error นี้คือ CBS_E_NOT_APPLICABLE หมายถึง อัปเดตติดตั้งไม่ได้บนระบบปัจจุบัน หรือแพ็กเกจอัปเดตประมวลผลไม่ได้ สาเหตุ: ข้อกำหนดขาดหาย, ไฟล์ติดตั้งเวอร์ชันสูงกว่า, หรือดาวน์โหลดขาดหยุดจากเน็ตไม่เสถียร
Windows Update Error 0x800f081e
- ตรวจสอบ Internet เสถียร สำหรับดาวน์โหลดจาก Microsoft Server
- Uninstall Antivirus/Security Software ทั้งหมด
- Uninstall แอปบุคคลที่สามที่ไม่จำเป็น (อาจชนกันระหว่างติดตั้งอัปเดต)
- Settings → Time & Language → Region & Language → ตรวจสอบ Country/Region ให้ถูกต้อง
1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Win + I → Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Advanced troubleshooter
- เลือก Windows Update → Run the troubleshooter
- รอวินิจฉัยเสร็จ → รีสตาร์ท → Check for Updates ใหม่
2. Reset Windows Update Components
ถ้า Troubleshooter ไม่ได้ ให้ Reset Components สร้างโฟลเดอร์เก็บไฟล์อัปเดตใหม่:
เปิด Command Prompt (Admin) รันทีละคำสั่ง:
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc
ren c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution.OLD
net start cryptsvc
net start bits
net start wuauserv
วิธีนี้หยุด Service → เปลี่ยนชื่อ SoftwareDistribution folder → เริ่ม Service ใหม่ → ไฟล์อัปเดตจะโหลดไปโฟลเดอร์ใหม่ → Error 0x800f081e ควรหาย
3. ปิด Windows Media Player
บางคนรายงานว่าปิด Windows Media Player จาก Windows Features ช่วยแก้ Error นี้ได้
- Win + R → optionalfeatures.exe → OK
- Turn Windows features on or off → Uncheck Windows Media Player
- คลิก Yes เมื่อมีข้อความเตือน → OK → รีสตาร์ท
หลังติดตั้ง 22H2 เสร็จ → เปิด Windows Media Player กลับมาได้เลย
4. ใช้ Media Creation Tool หรือ Update Assistant
ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นล้มเหลว ให้ใช้ Official Media Creation Tool หรือ Windows 10 Update Assistant อัปเกรด 22H2 โดยตรง ไม่ผ่าน Windows Update
