Backup สำคัญ ใช้ Automator สร้าง Workflow Backup Contacts อัตโนมัติ ตามตาราง
- เปิด Automator → New Document → "Calendar Alarm" (Trigger โดย Calendar Event)
- Actions → Contacts → "Find Contacts Items" ลากไปขวา → ตั้ง: People, All, Name, is not, "aaa" (เลือกทุกคน)
- Run ทดสอบ → Results ควรเห็นรายชื่อทั้งหมด
- Actions → "Export vCards" ลากไปใต้ Find Contacts → เลือกโฟลเดอร์ Backup (แนะนำ Network Drive)
- File → Save (Command+S) → Automator เพิ่ม Event ใน Calendar อัตโนมัติ
- Calendar: Double-click Event → Date → Repeat → ตั้งตาราง (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
