1. ใช้ Mobile Data
สลับ Wi-Fi → Mobile Data → IP ใหม่ ผ่านการจำกัดภูมิภาคของ ISP
- ปิด Wi-Fi → เปิด Mobile Data
2. สร้าง Payment Profile ใหม่
ห้าย้ายประเทศ หรือ gift card จากภูมิภาคต่างกัน → สกุลเงินชนกัน
- ยกเลิก Ads services / subscriptions ที่ active อยู่ก่อน
- Google Pay settings → Payment Profile Status → Close Payment Profile
- สร้างโปรไฟล์ใหม่สำหรับประเทศ/ภูมิภาคของ gift card
3. Redeem ผ่านมือถือ (แทนคอมพิวเตอร์)
มือถือ detect location อัตโนมัติ ลดปัญหา region mismatch, browser cache, VPN, autofill
- เปิด Google Play Store app
- Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Redeem code
- ใส่รหัส → Redeem
4. กรอกฟอร์ม "We Need More Info"
หาไม่ได้ → ระหว่าง redeem จะมีลิงก์ "Send us details"
- กดลิงก์ → กรอก: ชื่อเต็ม, อีเมล Google, ประเทศที่อาศัย, ID รัฐบาล (ถ้าขอ), รายละเอียดปัญหา
- ส่ง → รอตอบ 48-72 ชั่วโมง
