แก้ 'Program Stopped Working' Error บน Windows 10, 8, 7

ข้อความ "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" เกิดกับทุกโปรแกรม/เกม ทุก Windows ไม่ใช่บั๊กของโปรแกรมแต่เป็นปัญหาของ Windows

สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้

  • Compatibility Issue
  • Screen Resolution Issue
  • KB3132372 Update (Flash Player)
  • VGA Driver ล้าสมัย/เสียหาย
  • Antivirus/Firewall บล็อก
  • DirectX ล้าสมัย
  • Skype Directory Issue
  • WIA Service ไม่ทำงาน
  • EVGA Precision เปิดอยู่
  • Data Execution Prevention (DEP) เปิดอยู่

10 วิธีแก้ไข

1. Run in Compatibility Mode

  1. Right-click โปรแกรม → Properties → Compatibility tab
  2. ติ๊ก "Run this program in compatibility mode for" → เลือก Windows 8/7/Vista/XP
  3. Apply/OK → รันใหม่

2. Uninstall KB3132372

  1. Win + X → Control Panel → Programs → View installed updates
  2. ค้นหา "Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player (KB3132372)" → Uninstall → Reboot

3. Rename Skype Folder

  1. Task Manager → End skype.exe
  2. Win + R → %appdata% → Rename โฟลเดอร์ Skype → Skype_old
  3. %temp%\skype → ลบโฟลเดอร์ DbTemp → Reboot → Start Skype ใหม่

4. Update Graphics Drivers

  1. Device Manager → Display adapters → Right-click VGA → Update Driver
  2. Search automatically → หาไม่เจอ Browse my computer → Let me pick → เลือก Driver VGA → Next → Restart

5. Reset Comodo Firewall Settings

  1. เปิด Comodo → Tasks → Advanced Tasks → Advanced Settings → Security Settings → Defense+ → HIPS → HIPS Settings
  2. Detect shellcode injections → Exclusions → Manage Exclusions → Add Files
  3. ไป C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\ → เลือก chrome.exe → OK → Restart

6. Update DirectX

  1. Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates (DirectX มาด้วย)
  2. หรือดาวน์โหลด DirectX Runtime จาก Microsoft

7. Uninstall Norton Antivirus

หลายเคสที่เจอ Error นี้ ใช้ Norton อยู่ → Uninstall ผ่าน Control Panel หรือ Norton Removal Tool → ลอง Disable Antivirus/Firewall อื่นๆ

8. Disable Data Execution Prevention (DEP)

DEP ป้องกันโค้ดร้ายแต่บางครั้งขัดกับโปรแกรม → ลองปิด DEP สำหรับโปรแกรมนั้น (System Properties → Advanced → Performance Settings → DEP tab) → หาไม่ได้ Enable กลับไป

9. Start Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) Service

  1. services.msc → หา Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
  2. Properties → Startup type: Automatic
  3. Recovery tab → First failure: Restart the Service → Apply/OK → Start Service

10. Turn Off EVGA Precision

Uncheck OSD Items (FPS, Frame Time) → หาไม่ได้ Rename PrecisionXServer.exe และ PrecisionXServer_x64 ใน C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16
