วิธีที่ 1: เปิดใช้งาน Numeric Keypad
- ค้นหา control > Control Panel
- คลิก Ease of Access > Ease of Access Center
- คลิก "Make the keyboard easier to use"
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก "Turn on Mouse Keys" และ "Turn on Toggle Keys by holding down the NUM LOCK key for 5 seconds"
- Apply > OK
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 2: เปิด Num Lock Key
หาก Num Lock Key ปิดอยู่ จะใช้ Numeric Keypad ไม่ได้ ให้กดปุ่ม Num Lock หรือ NumLk บนแป้นตัวเลขข้างขวา 1 ครั้ง เพื่อเปิดใช้งาน เมื่อ Num Lock ON แล้ว จะใช้ตัวเลขได้ปกติ
วิธีที่ 3: ปิด "Use the numeric keypad to move mouse"
- Win+I > Settings > Ease of Access
- เมนูซ้าย คลิก Mouse
- ปิด Toggle "Use numeric keypad to move mouse around the screen"
- ปิดทั้งหมด > Reboot
วิธีที่ 4: Perform Clean Boot
ซอฟต์แวร์บุคคลที่สามอาจขัดแย้ง ต้องทำ Clean Boot แล้วทดสอบ Numpad ใหม่ (ดูวิธี Clean Boot จากแหล่งอื่น)
