แก้ "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" (SFC ล้มเหลว)

เมื่อรัน sfc /scannow ได้ข้อความ: 「Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.」 แปลว่า SFC หาไฟล์ระบบเสียหายเจอ แต่ซ่อมไม่ได้ (ไฟล์ต้นฉบับใน Component Store หาย/เสียหายไปด้วย) ต้องใช้เครื่องมืออื่นซ่อมต่อ

6 วิธีแก้ SFC ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบไม่ได้

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: รัน SFC ใน Safe Mode (โอกาสสำเร็จสูงกว่า)

  1. Win + R msconfig > Boot > Safe boot (Minimal) > OK > Restart
  2. Admin CMD: sfc /scannow
  3. ตรวจสอบว่าโฟลเดอร์ C:\Windows\WinSxS\Temp\PendingDeletes และ PendingRenames มีอยู่จริง (สำคัญสำหรับการซ่อม)

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ DISM Tool (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) - แนะนำเป็นอันดับ 1

  1. Admin CMD/PowerShell: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  2. รอ 10–20 นาที (ต้องมีอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อดาวน์โหลดไฟล์แทนที่)
  3. ห้าล้มเหลว ลองระบุ Source (Windows ISO Mount):
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:D:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

  2. Admin CMD: รัน sfc /scannow (อย่าปิดหน้าต่าง)
  3. พร้อมกัน รัน SFCFix.exe (จะทำงานอ่าน CBS.log แล้วซ่อมอัตโนมัติ)
  4. เสร็จจะเปิด Notepad แสดงรายการไฟล์ที่ซ่อมสำเร็จ/ไม่สำเร็จ

วิธีที่ 4: ตรวจสอบ CBS.log ด้วยตนเอง (สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ)

  1. Win + R C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
  2. หาก Access Denied: Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner: Everyone > Apply > ให้ Everyone Full Control
  3. เปิด CBS.log > Ctrl+F ค้น Corrupt > F3 หาต่อ
  4. ดูรายการไฟล์ที่ Corrupt > ค้นหาวิธีแก้ใน Google (บางครั้งแค่ regsvr32 filename.dll)

วิธีที่ 5: Automatic/Startup Repair

  1. บูตจาก Windows 10 Media > Repair > Troubleshoot > Advanced > Automatic Repair

วิธีที่ 6: Repair Install (In-place Upgrade) - สูตรสุดท้าย

ใช้ Windows 10 ISO/USB รัน Setup.exe ภายใน Windows เลือก Keep personal files and apps จะซ่อมระบบทั้งหมดโดยไม่ลบข้อมูล

ลำดับแนะนำ: DISM (วิธี 2) → Safe Mode SFC (วิธี 1) → SFCFix (วิธี 3) → CBS.log (วิธี 4) → Auto Repair (วิธี 5) → Repair Install (วิธี 6)
