[SOLVED] Please Insert a Disk into Removable Disk Error

ปกติเสียบ Pendrive จะได้ Drive Letter และเข้าถึงไฟล์ผ่าน File Explorer ได้ แต่บางครั้ง USB ไม่ทำงาน แสดงข้อความ "Please Insert a Disk into Removable Disk [drive letter]" ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ Properties แสดง 0 bytes used / 0 bytes available ฟอร์แมตไม่ได้ ("Windows was unable to complete the format") บางครั้ง Drive Letter ถูกจองโดย Windows แค่เปลี่ยน Drive Letter ก็แก้ได้ ปัญหานี้มักเกิดหลังใช้ Pendrive เป็น Bootable USB เรามาแก้ไขกัน

เตรียมความพร้อม

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยน Drive Letter ของ USB

  1. Windows Key + R diskmgmt.msc Enter > Disk Management
  2. คลิกขวา USB Drive > Change Drive Letter and Paths
  3. คลิก Change เลือก Drive Letter ใหม่ (ไม่ใช่ตัวเดิม) > OK
  4. คลิก Yes ยืนยัน
  5. ปิด Disk Management ลองเข้าถึง USB ใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: ซ่อมแซมและกู้ข้อมูล (Repair and Recover)

ดาวน์โหลด JetFlash Online Recovery รันไฟล์ .exe เลือกขนาด Drive > Next (ทำโดย Transcend แต่ใช้กับแบรนด์อื่นได้ แต่อย่ายืนยัน 100% ใช้ด้วยความเสี่ยงตัวเอง) แบรนด์อื่นอาจมี Tool ของตัวเอง เช่น HP ใช้ HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool

วิธีที่ 3: รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

  1. Windows Key + R control Enter
  2. ค้นหา Troubleshooting คลิก
  3. คลิก View all ด้านซ้าย
  4. รัน Troubleshooter for Hardware and Device

วิธีที่ 4: ฟอร์แมต Drive ด้วย Diskpart (Command Prompt)

  1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด: 
    Diskpart
List Disk
Select Disk #  (แทน # ด้วยหมายเลข USB ของคุณ)
Clean
Create Partition Primary
Select Partition 1
Active
Format FS=NTFS
Assign
Exit
  3. ถอด-เสียบ USB ใหม่ และทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: Delete Volume

  1. Windows Key + R diskmgmt.msc Enter
  2. คลิกขวา USB Drive > Delete Volume
  3. Yes ยืนยัน
  4. ถอด-เสียบ USB ใหม่ และลองเข้าถึง
