แก้ไข Windows couldn't complete the requested changes

   Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:[drive_letter]:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

3. หมายเหตุ: แทนที่ [drive_letter] ด้วยไดรฟ์ของสื่อติดตั้ง Windows (DVD/USB)
4. รีบูท และลองติดตั้ง .NET Framework ใหม่

6. รอจนเจอข้อความ "The operation completed successfully"
7. รีบูท และทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 7: เปิดใช้งาน Group Policy สำหรับ Component Installation

1. Windows Key + R gpedit.msc Enter > Group Policy Editor
2. ไปที่: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System
3. หา Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair
4. ดับเบิลคลิก > เลือก Enabled > ติ๊ก Contact Windows Update directly...
5. Apply > OK
6. ลองติดตั้ง .NET 3.5 ใหม่
