วิธีที่ 1: ลบ Task Cache จาก Registry
- Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
- ไปที่:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree\Microsoft\Windows
- คลิกขวา Windows sub-key > Delete
- ปิด Registry Editor > Reboot
วิธีที่ 2: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK
- Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
- พิมพ์:
Sfc /scannow sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows (ถ้าข้างบนล้มเหลว)
- รอเสร็จ พิมพ์: chkdsk C: /f /r /x Enter
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Safe Boot ใน System Configuration > Restart
วิธีที่ 3: System Restore ใน Safe Mode
- Windows Key + R > msconfig Enter
- แท็บ Boot ติ๊ก Safe Boot > Apply > OK
- Restart > เข้า Safe Mode อัตโนมัติ
- Windows Key + R > sysdm.cpl Enter
- แท็บ System Protection > System Restore
- Next > เลือก Restore point
- ทำตามคำแนะนำ
- หลัง Reboot อาจแก้ได้
วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Antivirus ก่อน Restore
- คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus System Tray > Disable
- เลือกเวลาปิด (สั้นที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
- ลอง Restore ดูแก้ได้ไหม
