แก้ Bluetooth ปิดไม่ได้บน Windows 10: วิธีแก้ด่วน

Fix Bluetooth can't turn off on Windows 10: คุณอาจเคยได้ยินปัญหา Bluetooth บน Windows 10 เช่น Option Turn On/Off หายไป, Bluetooth เปิดไม่ได้ แต่ปัญหานี้แตกต่างออกไป คือ ปิด Bluetooth ไม่ได้ ใน Windows 10 แต่มั่นใจได้ว่าเราจะแก้ด้วย Troubleshooting Steps เรียบง่าย

ยืนยันปัญหา: Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > ภายใต้ Bluetooth จะมี Toggle คลิกเพื่อ Disable แต่ Toggle จะกลับไป Enable ทันที (หมายถึง Bluetooth ยัง ON)

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: Disable Bluetooth Device

  1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc Enter
  2. ขยาย Bluetooth > คลิกขวา Bluetooth Device ของคุณ > Disable
  3. ถ้าไม่เห็น Device คลิก View > Show Hidden Devices
  4. คลิกขวา Bluetooth Device ทุกตัว > Disable
  5. Reboot PC

วิธีที่ 2: อัปเดต Bluetooth Drivers

  1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc Enter
  2. ขยาย Bluetooth > คลิกขวา Device > Update Driver
  3. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software รอเสร็จ
  4. ถ้าแก้ได้ ก็ดี ถ้าไม่ได้ ต่อไป
  5. อีกครั้ง Update Driver แต่ครั้งนี้เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
  6. เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
  7. เลือก Driver ที่เข้ากันได้กับ Bluetooth Device > Next
  8. รอเสร็จ Restart PC

วิธีที่ 3: Reinstall Bluetooth

  1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc Enter
  2. ขยาย Bluetooth > คลิกขวา Device > Uninstall
  3. ถ้าถามยืนยัน กด Yes
  4. คลิกขวาพื้นที่ว่างใน Device Manager > Scan for hardware changes จะติดตั้ง Default Bluetooth Drivers ใหม่
  5. เปิด Windows 10 Settings ดูว่าเข้าถึง Bluetooth Settings ได้ไหม

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  1. Win+I เปิด Settings > Update & Security
  2. เมนูซ้ายเลือก Troubleshoot
  3. ขวา คลิก Bluetooth ใต้ Find and fix other problems
  4. คลิก Run the troubleshooter ตามคำแนะนำ
  5. Reboot PC ดูว่าแก้ได้ไหม

วิธีที่ 5: Registry Fix

  1. Win+R > regedit Enter เปิด Registry Editor
  2. ไป Registry Key: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ActionCenter\Quick Actions\All\SystemSettings_Device_BluetoothQuickAction
  3. เลือก SystemSettings_Device_BluetoothQuickAction ดับเบิลคลิก Type DWORD ด้านขวา
  4. เปลี่ยนค่า Type DWORD จาก 0 เป็น 1 > OK
  5. ปิด Registry Editor Reboot PC
