แก้ไข Google Play Games Installation Errors บน PC – Step-by-Step Fix

ข้อความ “An error occurred during installation” เมื่อเปิดหรือตั้งค่า Google Play Games บน PC มักปรากฏเมื่อ Installer ไม่สามารถ Initialize Virtualization Environment ที่จำเป็น หรือล้มเหลวในการดาวน์โหลด Essential Components จาก Google Servers ระหว่าง Setup

สาเหตุหลัก:

ก่อนเริ่ม: ยืนยัน PC ตรง Minimum Requirements

1. เปิดใช้งาน Virtual Machine Platform & Windows Hypervisor Platform

สำคัญ: หาก Error คงอยู่ คุณ ต้อง เปิด CPU Virtualization (Intel VT-x หรือ AMD-V/SVM) ใน BIOS/UEFI ด้วย Windows Virtualization Features จะไม่ทำงานหาก Hardware Virtualization ปิดที่ Firmware Level

1. Restart PC

2. เปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)
