สาเหตุ Error 100006 บน Mac

ยากที่จะชี้ชัดว่า Error 100006 มาจากอะไรเดียว แต่น่าจะเป็นหนึ่งในนี้:

  • External Hard Drive ให้หลุดบ่อย (Keeps disconnecting)
  • Drive ปลายทางพื้นที่ไม่พอ
  • Adapter ของ External Disk มีปัญหา
  • External Drive ตก/มี Disk Errors
  • USB Cable/Hub/Port ชำรุด
  • ไม่มีสิทธิ์ Write เข้า Drive/Folder
  • Malware/Virus

วิธีแก้ Error 100006 บน Mac

วิธีแก้ The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100006):

  • ใช้ Cable/Adapter อื่น
  • ต่อตรง Mac (ไม่ผ่าน Hub)
  • Copy ไฟล์ไป Desktop ก่อน แล้วค่อย Move ไป Drive ปลายทาง
  • เปลี่ยน Permission (Read & Write)
  • ปิด Spotlight Indexing "Folders & Other"
  • เช็คและ Repair Mac และ External Drive
  • Restore จาก Time Machine App โดยตรง
  • ล้างพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้น
  • Troubleshoot ด้วย Console หรือ Etrecheck
  • Reformat External Hard Drive/USB
  • Reinstall macOS

1. ใช้ Cable/Adapter อื่น

หลายคนแก้ Error 100006 ได้โดย เปลี่ยน Adapter ตัวเก่าชำรุด ถ่ายโอนข้อมูลไม่ได้ ลองเปลี่ยน USB Cable ดู (ตัวเก่าอาจชำรุด)

หมายเหตุ: USB 3.0 Cable บางตัวทำงานได้บน Windows แต่ Shielding ไม่ดีบน Mac → ถ้าไม่ใช่สายมาด้วย Drive หรือสายเก่า → เปลี่ยนสายใหม่ (แนะนำสายมาด้วย Drive)

2. ต่อตรง Mac (Directly Connect)

USB Hub อาจดูดกระแสมากกว่าที่ Port ให้ → Error 100006 → ถอด Hub ต่อตรง Mac

3. Copy ไป Desktop ก่อน แล้วค่อย Move

ถ้า Transfer ระหว่าง External Drive 2 ตัวเจอ Error → Copy ไป Desktop ก่อน → Move จาก Desktop ไป Drive ปลายทาง

4. เปลี่ยน Permission (Read & Write)

Error 100006 เกิดได้ถ้าไม่มีสิทธิ์ Write เข้า Drive/Folder ตัวอย่าง: Move ไฟล์ไป Folder บน External Disk → ต้องมี Write Access สำคัญถ้าไม่ได้ Login เป็น Admin

  1. เสียบ External Disk ที่ต้องการ Read/Write
  2. ขวา-คลิก Disk → Get Info
  3. กดล็อกสีเหลืองขวาล่าง → ใส่รหัส
  4. หา "Sharing & Permissions"
  5. คลิก User Account ในคอลัมน์ Name → เลือก "Read & Write" ใต้ Privilege
  6. กด Action Pop-up → "Apply to enclosed items"

  7. OK → ล็อกบันทึก

5. ปิด Spotlight Indexing "Folders & Other"

Spotlight ติดตามไฟล์ทั้ง Mac และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง เพื่อค้นหาเร็ว แต่ถ้า Spotlight Index External Drive ผิดปกติ → Move ไฟล์ไม่ได้ → ปิด Indexing "Folders" และ "Other" ชั่วคราว:

  1. Apple menu > System Preferences
  2. Spotlight
  3. Uncheck "Folders" และ "Other" ใต้ Search Results

6. เช็คและ Repair Mac และ External Drive

Drive อาจมี Error กัน Read/Write → รัน Disk Utility First Aid (Auto Repair):

  1. Finder → Applications > Utilities
  2. Disk Utility
  3. เลือก External Drive ซ้าย
  4. First Aid (บน) → Run

  5. รอ Scan เสร็จ
  6. ทำซ้ำ 3-6 กับ Startup Disk

ถ้า Startup Disk มี Error → Repair ใน Recovery Mode ถ้า External Drive Error แก้ไม่ได้ → Backup แล้ว Reformat

7. Restore จาก Time Machine App โดยตรง

Error 100006 ตอน Restore จาก Time Machine (เช่น Photos Library) → ต้อง Restore จาก Time Machine App เอง:

  1. เสียบ Backup Disk ค้างไว้
  2. เปิดโฟลเดอร์ที่ Item ต้นทางอยู่
  3. เปิด Time Machine
  4. 用箭头/Timeline 找正确备份
  5. 选择项目 → Restore
  6. 检查原位置恢复的项目

8. ล้างพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้น (Clean Disk Space)

พื้นที่ไม่พอ → Error 100006 → เช็ค Free Space ใน Disk Utility → ถ้าเต็ม → ลบไฟล์ไม่จำเป็น/Duplicate

หมายเหตุ: Purgeable Space บางครั้งกินพื้นที่เยอะ → อาจมี Local Snapshots มาก → ต้องลบ

9. Troubleshoot ด้วย Console หรือ Etrecheck

Process บางตัวอาจ Error ตอน External Drive เสียบ → Error 100006 → ดู Report ใน Console → มอง Process/App ที่ Crash ตอน Error โผล่ → จัดการตัวทำให้พังก่อน

หรือ Gen Report ด้วย Etrecheck → Overview สภาพ Mac: ปัญหาใหญ่/เล็ก, Adware, Hidden Files ลบได้, App Crash 7-30 วัน → ดู/Share ให้ Expert ฟรี

Issue ที่ Etrecheck หาเจอ อาจทำให้ Error 100006 → แก้ให้หมดก่อนทำงานต่อ

10. Reformat External Hard Drive/USB

หลายครั้งปัญหาอยู่ที่ Drive เอง: Format ให้ Windows → Reformat ให้ Mac ถ้า Format ไม่ใช่ปัญหา แต Drive 有 Error แก้ไม่ได้ → Reformat เริ่มใหม่ Backup ข้อมูลสำคัญก่อน

ไม่สามารถ Drag/Drop หรือ Copy/Paste ไฟล์สำคัญจาก Drive ที่ Error 100006 ไปที่อื่นได้ → ใช้ Data Recovery Tool: iBoysoft Data Recovery for Mac หรือ Bit-by-bit Clone ด้วย iBoysoft DiskGeeker

Backup เสร็จ → Reformat:

  1. เสียบ Drive
  2. Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities)
  3. เลือก External Disk ซ้าย
  4. Erase
  5. ตั้งชื่อ + เลือก Format ที่เข้ากับ Mac
  6. Erase → Done

ทดสอบ Restore ข้อมูลกลับ → ดูว่าทำงานปกติไหม

11. Reinstall macOS

วิธีข้างต้นหมดแล้วยังไม่หาย → Reinstall macOS (Recovery Mode) ติดตั้ง OS ใหม่แทนที่ OS ที่มีปัญหา เร็ว/ง่าย Reinstall โดยไม่ Erase Startup Disk = ข้อมูลไม่หาย
