Chrome Settings 101: ปรับแต่ง Google Chrome ให้ตรงใจ - คู่มือฉบับสมบูรณ์

เบราว์เซอร์คือประตูสู่อินเทอร์เน็ต ใช้ทุกวัน ควรปรับให้เหมาะกับตัวเอง Chrome มีการตั้งค่ามากมาย นี่คือคู่มือครบทุกหัวข้อสำคัญ

เข้าถึง Chrome Settings

Desktop: เมนู 3 จุด (มุมขวาบน) → Settings
Mobile: เมนู 3 จุด → Settings

ตั้งค่า Chrome เป็น Default Browser

  • Desktop: Settings → Default browser → Make default
  • Android: Settings ระบบ → Apps → Default apps → Browser app → Chrome
  • iOS (14+): Settings ระบบ → Chrome → Default Browser App → Chrome

ปรับแต่งหน้าแรก (New Tab Page)

  1. เปิดแท็บใหม่ → คลิกไอคอน ปากกา/แปรง (Customize this page) มุมล่าง
  2. Background: เลือกภาพมีอยู่ / อัปโหลดรูปเอง / GIF ก็ได้!
  3. Shortcuts: เลือก "My shortcuts" (เพิ่มเอง) หรือ "Most visited" (อัตโนมัติ) หรือ "Hide shortcuts" (ซ่อนหมด)

Mobile: ไม่เปลี่ยนพื้นหลังได้ แก้ไข Shortcuts ได้ (กดค้าง → Remove), ซ่อน Discover Feed ได้

เปลี่ยน Search Engine เริ่มต้น

  • Desktop: Settings → Search engine → เลือกจาก Dropdown (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Ecosia)
  • Multiple Search Engines: Manage search engines → ใช้ Keyword + Tab/Space (เช่น พิมพ์ yt คำค้น + Tab → ค้น YouTube)
  • เพิ่ม Search Engine เองได้: Add → Name, Keyword, URL with %s
  • Mobile: Settings → Search engine → เลือก

ซ่อน/แสดง Home Button และ Bookmarks Bar

Settings → Appearance → ปิด/เปิด Toggle:

  • Show home button (ตั้งหน้าที่เปิดได้: New Tab / Custom URL)
  • Show bookmarks bar (Ctrl+Shift+B สลับได้)

ตั้งค่า Startup (เปิด Chrome แล้วเกิดอะไรขึ้น)

Settings → On startup → เลือก 1 ใน 3:

  1. Open the New Tab page (Default)
  2. Continue where you left off (เปิดแท็บเดิมที่ปิดครั้งล่าสุด)
  3. Open a specific page or set of pages (เพิ่ม URL ที่ต้องการ)

ปิด Auto-fill ที่อยู่อีเมล/ที่อยู่จัดส่ง

Settings → Autofill → Addresses and more → ปิด Save and fill addresses
Passwords: ปิด Offer to save passwords ได้เช่นกัน
Mobile: Settings → Addresses and more → ปิด Toggle เดียวกัน

บล็อก Tracking / Cookies

Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data

  • ⚠ Chrome ไม่แนะนำ Block all cookies (เว็บหลายที่จะเสีย)
  • แนะนำ: Block third-party cookies หรือ Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows

จัดการ Site Permissions แบบรายเว็บ (Per-site settings)

Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → เลือกสิทธิ์ (Location, Camera, Microphone, Notifications, ฯลฯ)

  • ตั้งค่า Global (Allow/Block ทุกเว็บ)
  • เลื่อนลง → ดู/แก้ไข Exception รายเว็บ (Allow/Block เฉพาะเว็บนั้น)

Shortcut: คลิกไอคอน 🔒 ล็อก ใน Address bar → ปรับสิทธิ์เว็บนั้นทันที

Caret Browsing (นำทางด้วยคีย์บอร์ด)

Accessibility feature: ใช้ลูกศร/Shift+ลูกศร เลือกข้อความ แทนเมาส์

  • กด F7 เปิด/ปิด
  • หรือ Settings → Accessibility → ☑ Navigate pages with a text cursor

Live Captions (ซับไตล์เรียลไทม์)

Settings → Accessibility → ☑ Live caption (English only) → Caption preferences → ปรับขนาด, สไตล์, สี, พื้นหลังซับไตล์

ปรับรูปลักษณ์ Chrome (Appearance)

  • Settings → Customize profile → เปลี่ยนชื่อ, สีธีม, ไอคอนโปรไฟล์
  • Settings → Appearance → Themes → Chrome Web Store Themes
  • Dark Mode: PC/iPhone: ใช้ System Dark Mode | Android: Settings → Theme → Dark

เปลี่ยนภาษา

Settings → Languages → Add/Remove/Reorder languages

Reset Settings กลับค่าเริ่มต้น

Settings → Reset settings → Restore settings to their original defaults

ขยายความสามารถเพิ่มเติม

  • Profiles: หลายคนใช้คอมเครื่องเดียว → สร้าง Profile คนละอัน (Settings → Add profile) ตั้งค่าแยกกันได้
  • Chrome Flags: chrome://flags ฟีเจอร์ทดลอง/ซ่อน (อาจไม่เสถียร)
  • Extensions: Productivity, Students, Annotation, ฯลฯ → Pin ไว้ Toolbar ใช้งานง่าย
