แก้ Error 'Failed to Enumerate Objects in the Container' บน Windows 10/11

สาเหตุอีกอย่าง: ไวรัส/มัลแวร์ติดระบบ เปลี่ยน Permission โฟลเดอร์/ไฟล์ ปิดการเข้าถึงของ User

ตรวจสอบว่าใช้ Administrator Account

เช็ค Account Type ก่อน: ต้องใช้ Admin Account เข้าถึงไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ ถ้าไม่ใช่ Admin → ขอ Admin account holder ทำตามขั้นตอนทำให้คุณเป็น Admin

ต้องใช้ Admin-level account ทำ Troubleshooting ข้างล่าง แปลง Account ปัจจุบันเป็น Admin ดีกว่า

Windows 11

  1. Win + I → Settings
  2. Accounts (ซ้าย) → Other users (ขวา)
  3. เลือก Ordinary account → Change account type
  4. Account type → Administrator → OK

  1. Sign out → Login ใหม่ด้วย Account ที่แปลงแล้ว

Windows 10

  1. Win + I → Settings
  2. Accounts
  3. Family & other users (ซ้าย)
  4. เลือก Regular account (ขวา) → Change account type
  5. Administrator → OK

  1. Log out → Login ใหม่

เปลี่ยน Owner ของไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ ด้วยตนเอง

Permission ยังมีปัญหา → เปลี่ยน Ownership Item นั้นเอง โอน Ownership ให้ Account ของคุณ → เข้าถึงได้โดยไม่ Error

  1. File Explorer → หา Folder/File
  2. คลิกขวา → Properties
  3. Security tab → Advanced
  4. Change ถัดจาก Owner

  2. ติ๊ก Replace owner on subcontainers and objects

เอา Ownership ด้วย Elevated Command Prompt

อีกวิธี: คำสั่งใน Command Prompt โอน Ownership

  1. Start → Command Prompt → Run as administrator
  2. Yes UAC
  3. พิมพ์: takeown /F PATH /r /d y (แทน PATH ด้วย Full path ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์) → Enter

  1. ปิด Command Prompt เมื่อคำสั่งเสร็จ

สแกนไวรัส/มัลแวร์ แก้ Failed to Enumerate Objects

ยังเข้าถึงไม่ได้ → อาจติดไวรัส/มัลแวร์ Item ร้าย ปิดการเข้าถึง Item ต่างๆ

รัน Full Virus/Malware Scan ลบไฟล์ร้ายหมด ใช้ Third-party Antivirus หรือ Microsoft Defender Antivirus:

  1. Start → Windows Security → เปิด
  2. Virus & threat protection
  3. Scan options
  4. Full scan → Scan now

Tip: บูท Windows ใน Safe Mode

Windows 11

  1. Win + I → Settings
  2. System (ซ้าย) → Recovery (ขวา)
  3. Restart now ถัดจาก Advanced startup
