แปลงสตริงเป็นตัวเลข (Integer) ใน MongoDB

ใช้ parseInt() ใน JavaScript ร่วมกับ forEach() และ save() เพื่ออัปเดตค่าสตริงเป็นตัวเลขในทุกเอกสาร
