หมายเหตุสำคัญ

• SimpleDateFormat ไม่ thread-safe ควรสร้าง instance ใหม่ทุกครั้ง
• Android API 26+ แนะนำให้ใช้ java.time (DateTimeFormatter)
• Pattern ต้องตรงกับสตริงนำเข้าทุกตัวอักษร รวมถึง 'T' และ 'Z'
