วิธีแปลงเลขฐานสิบเป็นฐานแปด (Decimal to Octal) ใน C#

ใช้ While Loop หารด้วย 8 ซ้ำๆ เก็บเศษ (Remainder) ไว้ในอาร์เรย์ แล้วนำมาแสดงจากท้ายสุด
