Bitwise Left Shift Operator (<<)

ค่าของตัวถูกดำเนินการด้านซ้ายจะถูกเลื่อนไปทางซ้ายตามจำนวนบิตที่ระบุโดยตัวดำเนินการด้านขวา

Bitwise Right Shift Operator (>>)
