Python Pandas - ตรวจสอบว่า CustomBusinessHour Offset ถูก normalize หรือไม่

ใช้ property CustomBusinessHour.normalize เพื่อตรวจสอบว่า offset ถูก normalize (ตั้งเวลาเป็น 00:00:00) หรือไม่

ขั้นตอน

1. import pandas as pd
2. สร้าง timestamp และ CustomBusinessHour offset พร้อม normalize=True
3. เข้าถึง cbhOffset.normalize
