แปลงจำนวนเต็มเป็นคำอ่านภาษาอังกฤษใน Python

กำหนดจำนวนเต็มระหว่าง 0 ถึง 2^31 - 1 ต้องแปลงเป็นคำอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ เช่น 512 → "Five Hundred Twelve"

ขั้นตอนการแก้ปัญหา
