ทำไม Windows 11 Update ไม่แสดง?
- Temporary Files ค้าง/เสียหาย จากการพยายามดาวน์โหลดก่อนหน้า
- ไม่ใช่ Windows 10 (Win 7/8/8.1 ต้องซื้อ Win 10 ก่อน)
- ฮาร์ดแวร์ไม่ผ่าน (ขาด TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, UEFI)
- Windows Update Service เสีย (ถูก Debloater/Registry Cleaner ปิด)
- ไม่ใช่ Admin Account (Work/School PC, Standard User)
- Pre-built Laptop/PC OEM ยังไม่ Push Update (รอ Driver ใหม่)
8 วิธีแก้ Windows 11 Update ไม่แสดง
1. เช็ค System Requirements
รัน PC Health Check App จาก Microsoft ถ้าเขียว = รองรับ ถ้าแดง = ไม่รองรับ (ดูวิธี Bypass ด้านล่าง)
2. ตรวจสอบ Windows Update ว่าทำงานอยู่
Win+I > Update & Security > ถ้า Paused คลิก Resume updates
3. Restart PC
Soft Reboot (Win+X > Shut down or sign out > Restart) ล้าง Temp Files ค้าง
4. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run
5. ใช้ Windows 11 Installation Assistant (เร็วที่สุด)
ดาวน์โหลดจาก Microsoft Website > Run > Accept and Install > Upgrade โดยเก็บไฟล์/แอปไว้
6. In-place Upgrade ด้วย Media Creation Tool
- USB 8GB+
- ดาวน์โหลด Media Creation Tool > Run > Accept
- เลือก USB flash drive > Next > เลือก USB > Next
- รอดาวน์โหลด/สร้าง Media เสร็จ
- Boot จาก USB หรือ Run
setup.exe จาก USB ขณะอยู่ใน Windows
7. รอ Microsoft Push Update (Passive)
รอจน Q2 2022 (กลางปี) หากไม่ด่วน
8. เข้าร่วม Windows Insider Program
Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program > Register > เลือก Channel (Dev/Beta/Release Preview) > ได้ Build ใหม่ก่อนใคร
ติดตั้ง Windows 11 เองบน PC ที่รองรับ
แนะนำใช้ Installation Assistant (ง่าย, เก็บไฟล์) หรือ ISO Clean Install (Wipe Drive, เริ่มใหม่)
