DNS คืออะไร?

DNS (Domain Name System) = ระบบแปลง Domain Name (google.com) เป็น IP Address ให้คอมพิวเตอร์เข้าใจและเชื่อมต่อได้

12 วิธีแก้ไข

1. ปิด Third-party Antivirus (ลองก่อนอื่น)

ปิด Firewall, Network Monitor, Web Shield ของ AVG/Avast/McAfee ทั้งหมด รอ Patch จาก Microsoft หรือ Vendor

2. ตรวจสอบ Custom DNS Settings (สำหรับผู้ใช้ Third-party DNS)

ตั้งค่าใน Windows 11:

  1. Win+I > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi/Ethernet > Hardware Properties
  2. DNS server assignment: Edit > Manual
  3. IPv4/IPv6 On > ใส่ Preferred/Alternate DNS > Enable Encryption (ถ้ามี) > Save

5. รัน Windows Network Troubleshooter

  1. Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
  2. Run Internet Connections > ตามขั้นตอน
