แม้ Windows ใหม่ แต่ก็ยังมีปัญหา Error 0x8024a203 เกิดระหว่าง Update ไม่สามารถดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Update ได้ ลองวิธีด้านล่าง

  1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
  2. ลบ Temporary Files
  3. รัน SFC และ DISM
  4. Reset Windows Update Components
  5. ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Update ด้วยตนเอง

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

Windows มี Troubleshooter หลายอย่าง ตอนเจอ Update Error ให้รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter ก่อน:

Windows 11

  • Settings (Win+I) > System ด้านซ้าย
  • Scroll ลง > Troubleshooting
  • กด Run ถัดจาก Windows Update
  • รอเสร็จ ปัญหาอาจหาย

Windows 10

  • Settings > Update & Security
  • ซ้าย: Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooter
  • เลือก Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter
  • รอเสร็จ เช็คต่อ

2. ลบ Temporary Files

ถ้าติดตั้ง Update ไม่ได้ ให้ลบ Temp Files และ Cache แล้ว Restart คอม

3. รัน SFC และ DISM

SFC (System File Checker) สแกนและซ่อม System File เสียหาย/หายไป DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) ซ่อม Windows Update Files ที่เสียหาย

ขั้นตอน:

  1. เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
  2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
  3. รอสักครู่ (ทำอย่างอื่นได้)
  4. เสร็จ Restart คอม เช็ค

ถ้ายังไม่หาย รัน DISM:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

เสร็จ Restart คอม ปัญหาควรหาย

ถ้า Windows Update Client เสียแล้ว จะขอให้ใช้ Running Windows Installation หรือ Windows Side-by-side Folder จาก Network Share เป็น Source แทน ให้รันคำสั่งนี้:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วย Location Repair Source จริง

เสร็จ DISM จะสร้าง Log ที่ %windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log ปิด CMD รัน Windows Update ใหม่

4. Reset Windows Update Components

ถ้ายังมีปัญหาหลัง SFC/DISM ให้ Reset Windows Update Components:

  • เปิด CMD แบบ Admin (Win+R > cmd > Ctrl+Shift+Enter > Yes)
  • รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด (Enter ทุกบรรทัด):
net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
  • หยุด BITS, Windows Update, Cryptographic Services
  • ลบไฟล์ qmgr*.dat ทั้งหมด:
Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
  • กด Y ยืนยันลบ
  • Rename SoftwareDistribution และ catroot2:
Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
  • Reset BITS และ Windows Update Services เป็น Default:
sc.exe sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
sc.exe sdset wuauserv D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
  • Enter ทุกคำสั่ง
  • ไป System32:
cd /d %windir%\system32
  • Re-register DLL Files (รันทีละบรรทัด):
regsvr32.exe atl.dll
regsvr32.exe urlmon.dll
regsvr32.exe mshtml.dll
regsvr32.exe shdocvw.dll
regsvr32.exe browseui.dll
regsvr32.exe jscript.dll

  • Re-register BITS และ Windows Update DLL ทั้งหมด
  • Reset Network Config:
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset proxy
  • Restart Services ที่หยุดไว้:
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc
  • ปิด CMD Restart คอม
  • เช็ค Windows Update ว่าติดตั้ง Update ค้างได้ไหม

5. ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Update ด้วยตนเอง

ถ้าทุกอย่างไม่ได้ ให้ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง Manual จาก Microsoft Update Catalog
