แก้ Windows Update Error 0x80240019

  1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
  2. Clear SoftwareDistribution และ Catroot2 Folder
  3. Reset/Clear Windows Update Cache/Components
  4. ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Updates แบบ Manual
  5. Clear pending.xml File
  6. เช็ค Windows Update Log File

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

รัน Built-in Troubleshooter ช่วยแก้ Update Errors บน Windows 11/10

2. Clear SoftwareDistribution และ Catroot2 Folder

ล้างเนื้อหา SoftwareDistribution Folder และ Reset Catroot2 Folder แล้วลอง Update ใหม่ผ่าน Settings > Windows Updates > Check for Updates

3. Reset/Clear Windows Update Cache/Components

ใช้ Reset Windows Update Agent Tool รีเซ็ต Cache/Components หรือรัน PowerShell Script Reset Windows Update Client หรือ Reset แต่ละ Component เอง

4. ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Updates แบบ Manual

จด Pending Updates ทั้งหมด ดาวน์โหลดจาก Microsoft Update Catalog ติดตั้งทีละตัว

5. Clear pending.xml File

เปิด CMD Admin พิมพ์:

Ren c:\windows\winsxs\pending.xml pending.old

Rename pending.xml เป็น pending.old แล้วลอง Update ใหม่

6. เช็ค Windows Update Log File

ไปที่ C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log ดู Entry ล่าสุด (ท้ายไฟล์) Failed Updates จะมี Error Code ข้างๆ จดไว้ หาก Entry เยอะสับสน ให้ลบ WindowsUpdate.log แล้วติดตั้ง Update ที่มีปัญหาใหม่ แล้วดู Log ใหม่

Warnings จะเป็น: WARNING: Failed to find updates with error code AAAAAAAA.

เปิด Event Viewer: Computer > Manage > Event Viewer > Applications and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > WindowsUpdateClient > Operational เช็ค Critical/Warning Messages
