แก้ไข Xbox One Controller เชื่อมต่อ Bluetooth ไม่ได้กับ PC

บางรายประสบปัญหาเชื่อม wireless Xbox controller กับคอมพิวเตอร์ ตามรายงาน ไม่สามารถเชื่อม Xbox controller กับ PC ผ่าน Bluetooth ได้ แต่ลองเชื่อมผ่าน USB cable ก็ทำงานได้ปกติ แสดงว่าปัญหาเกิดเฉพาะ wireless connection หาก Xbox controller เชื่อม Bluetooth กับ PC ไม่ได้ วิธีแก้ไขในบทความนี้อาจช่วย

Xbox One controller เชื่อมต่อ PC ผ่าน Bluetooth ไม่ได้

ลองวิธีแก้ไขด้านล่างทีละขั้นตอน ดูว่าอันไหนแก้ปัญหาของคุณได้

3. Remove Bluetooth Device และ add ใหม่
4. Check status of Device Association Service

1. Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Troubleshooters เป็น automated tools จาก Microsoft เปิด Windows 11/10 Settings จะเห็น troubleshooters หลายประเภท ตามปัญหาที่เจอ ให้รัน troubleshooter ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

สำหรับบางราย Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter แก้ปัญหาได้ คุณลองดู

เพื่อเรียก troubleshooter เปิด command prompt พิมพ์/คัดลอกคำสั่งด้านล่างวาง กด Enter

2. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter

หาก Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter ไม่แก้ปัญหา ให้รัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter ปัญหาที่คุณเจอเกี่ยวกับ Bluetooth connection การรัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter อาจแก้ปัญหาได้

เพราะ Windows 11 UI ต่างจาก Windows 10 ขั้นตอนรัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter จึงต่างกัน

Windows 11

1. เปิด Windows 11 Settings
2. ไป System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
3. คลิก Run ถัดจาก Bluetooth

Windows 10

1. เปิด Windows 10 Settings
2. ไป Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
3. คลิก Other troubleshooter link ด้านขวา
4. เลือก Bluetooth คลิก Run the troubleshooter

3. Remove Bluetooth device และ add ใหม่

หาก automated troubleshooting tools ไม่แก้ปัญหา ให้ลบ Xbox controller จาก Bluetooth & Devices ใน Windows 11/10 Settings แล้ว add ใหม่

ขั้นตอนช่วยคุณ:

• หากคุณเป็น Windows 11 user เปิด Settings เลือก Bluetooth & Devices จากแผงซ้าย ตอนนี้คลิกสามจุดแนวตั้งมุมขวาบนของ Xbox controller เลือก Remove device
• หากคุณเป็น Windows 10 user เปิด Settings ไป Devices > Bluetooth & Other Devices เลือก Xbox controller ลบ

หลังลบ Xbox controller จาก Windows 11/10 Settings คลิกขวา Start เลือก Device Manager ขยาย Human Interface Devices node

คลิกขวา HID-compliant game controller เลือก Uninstall device จะ uninstall HID-compliant game controller driver หากไม่เจอ driver นี้ใต้ Human Interface Devices node คลิก View เลือก Show hidden devices

ตอนนี้ เปิด Windows 11/10 Settings add controller ใหม่

4. Check status of Device Association Service

วิธีนี้สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่ไม่เจอ Xbox controller ใน Bluetooth Add a Device window เช็ก status ของ Device Association Service หาก service ไม่รัน ให้ start มัน ทำตามคำแนะนำ:

1. กด Win + R เรียก Run command box
2. พิมพ์ services.msc คลิก OK จะเปิด Services app
3. เลื่อนลงหา Device Association Service Status ควรเป็น Running หากไม่ ให้ start service
4. Start service: คลิกขวา service เลือก Start

หลัง start service แล้ว เช็กว่าเชื่อม Xbox controller กับ PC ผ่าน Bluetooth ได้หรือไม่

ตรวจสอบว่า Startup type เป็น Manual (Triggered) ด้วย

5. Remove และ add Bluetooth device ผ่าน Control Panel

หากลบและ add Xbox controller ผ่าน Windows 11/10 Settings ไม่แก้ปัญหา ลองอีกครั้งผ่าน Control Panel หลายรายรายงานว่าวิธีนี้ช่วย

เปิด Control Panel เปลี่ยน View by mode จาก Category เป็น Large icons เลือก Devices and Printers ลบ Xbox controller และ add ใหม่ผ่าน Control Panel

6. Update และ reinstall Bluetooth driver

หากยังเชื่อมไม่ได้ อาจมีปัญหากับ Bluetooth driver ให้ update หรือ reinstall Bluetooth driver

ก่อนอื่น เปิด Optional updates page ใน Windows 11/10 Settings เช็กว่ามี update สำหรับ Bluetooth driver ไหม ถ้ามี ติดตั้ง

หากไม่มี pending update สำหรับ Bluetooth driver ใน Optional updates เปิด Device Manager ขยาย Bluetooth node คลิกขวา Bluetooth driver ของ Xbox controller เลือก Update driver แล้วคลิก Search automatically for drivers

หาก update driver ไม่แก้ปัญหา uninstall จาก Device Manager รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ หลัง restart Windows จะหา latest version อัตโนมัติและติดตั้ง

ทำไม Xbox One controller เชื่อม Bluetooth ไม่ได้?

หาก Xbox One controller ไม่เชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน Bluetooth ให้แน่ใจว่า Bluetooth เปิดอยู่ และ Airplane mode ปิด ลองลบและ add Xbox controller เข้าเครื่องอีกครั้ง หากไม่ได้ Bluetooth driver อาจผิดปกติ ให้อัปเดต
