ลองวิธีต่อไปตามลำดับ:
- รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
- รัน installprep.exe จากโฟลเดอร์ Sources
- Clean Install Windows 11/10
ก่อนลองวิธีข้างต้น ตรวจสอบ upgrade path ว่ารองรับหรือไม่ (ดูเอกสาร docs.microsoft.com) และตรวจสอบ system requirements Windows 11 หรือ Windows 10
1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter ในตัว แล้วลองอัปเกรดอีกครั้ง ถ้าล้มเหลวอีก ลองวิธีถัดไป
ใช้ SetupDiag - เครื่องมือใหม่จาก Microsoft ช่วยวินิจฉัยข้อผิดพลาดอัปเกรด Windows
2. รัน installprep.exe จากโฟลเดอร์ Sources
เมื่อเจอข้อผิดพลาด ปิด Setup wizard > ไปโฟลเดอร์ Windows setup บน mounted ISO > Sources > หา installprep.exe > ดับเบิลคลิกเริ่ม in-place upgrade
ควรอัปเกรดสำเร็จ ถ้าไม่ได้ ลองรัน setup.exe จาก root ของ mounted ISO
หรือลอง Update Assistant หรือ Media Creation Tool สำหรับ Feature Update ใหญ่ๆ
3. Clean Install Windows 11/10
ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ สำรองไฟล์ไปที่เก็บข้อมูลภายนอกหรือ cloud แล้ว Clean Install Windows 11/10
