ผู้ใช้อาจเจอหน้าจอข้อผิดพลาด Missing Operating System, Operating System Not Found หรือ No operating system found ขณะบูต Windows หากเจอบ่อยใน Windows 11/10/8/7/Vista บทความนี้จะแนะนำทางแก้ไข
Missing Operating System Not Found
ส่วนใหญ่เกิดเมื่อติดตั้ง Windows Vista หรือใหม่กว่าร่วมกับ OS เก่า เช่น Windows XP ใช้ Boot.ini แต่ Vista ขึ้นไปใช้ BCD Edit.exe ในโฟลเดอร์ Windows\System32 มี 2 กรณี:
- ติดตั้ง Windows XP ก่อน แล้วค่อย Windows 10 BCD Editor อาจเข้าควบคุมและลบ boot.ini ทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์คิดว่ามี OS เดียวคือ Windows 10 แก้ได้โดยรัน BCD Editor (Boot Configuration Data Editor)
- ติดตั้ง Windows 10 ก่อน แล้วค่อย Windows XP Boot loader ของ XP กลายเป็นค่าเริ่มต้น ไม่เจอ Windows 10 ในรายการ OS กรณีร้ายที่สุด ไม่เจอ OS ใดๆ เพราะ boot loader เสียจากความขัดแย้งของ boot.ini และ BCD.exe แก้ได้ด้วย BCD Editor เพียงทราบวิธีเพิ่ม OS ให้ boot loader และกำหนด drive letter ต่างกัน
ต้องบูตด้วยดิสก์ และซ่อมแซม Windows
ลองทำนี้: บูตจาก Windows Installation Media เลือก Repair แล้ว Open a Command Prompt window ใน Windows 10 เข้าได้ผ่าน Advanced Startup Options
พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ทีละคำสั่ง กด Enter ทุกครั้ง:
bootrec.exe /fixmbr bootrec.exe /fixboot bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
รีบูต Windows ควรจะแก้ปัญหาได้!
