เปิด Sticky Notes แล้วค้างที่ Loading Sticky Notes ไม่โชว์รายการ Notes ปิดเปิดใหม่ก็ไม่หาย

วิธีแก้ Sticky Notes ค้าง Loading

1. ใช้ Notes List Option (คลิกขวา Taskbar Icon > Notes List)
2. Update Sticky Notes
3. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
4. ใช้ Web Portal ของ Sticky Notes
5. Reset Sticky Notes

1. ใช้ Notes List Option

คลิกขวา Sticky Notes Icon Taskbar > Notes List โหลดรายการ Notes ได้เลย (วิธีจาก Sticky Notes Team)

2. Update Sticky Notes

Windows 11: Microsoft Store > Library > Get Updates > Update Sticky Notes
Windows 10: Microsoft Store > See More (3 จุด) > Downloads and Updates > Update Sticky Notes

Restart PC หลัง Update

3. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Win 11: Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps > Run
Win 10: Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps > Run

4. ใช้ Web Portal Sticky Notes

เข้า sticky-notes.microsoft.com Sign in Microsoft Account เดียวกัน Notes ทั้งหมดจะอยู่ที่นี่ (Sync ผ่าน Cloud)

5. Reset Sticky Notes

Win 11: Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Sticky Notes > 3 จุด > Advanced Options > Reset > Confirm
Win 10: Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Sticky Notes > Advanced Options > Reset > Confirm
