1. Re-Register Windows Store Apps
- ก่อนเริ่ม ตรวจสอบว่า Windows Firewall Service ทำงานอยู่ (จำเป็นสำหรับวิธีนี้)

- คลิก Advanced options
- เลื่อนหา Repair และ Reset
- ลอง Repair ก่อน ไม่ได้ค่อย Reset
- เปิดแอปใหม่ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่
